I ordered delivery from the website. The order was wrong and late. I called they put me on hold for over twenty minutes, talked to several people, who kept putting me on hold. They eventually hung up on me.

Visited today. The restaurant wasn't crowded and plenty of wait staff around, but unfortunately the server we had today wasn't great. Had to ask for our salads she was going to bring with the pizza, had to ask for a refill on both beverages one which she never brought, after waiting for awhile for the pizza to come she came over to say that the cook staff made the pizzas incorrectly had to wait more time for them to remake to then finally received and one of the pizzas had missing ingredients. Had to ask for bread, but she brought the other 2 tables she had bread. ??♀️. Had to wait at least 5 mins for red pepper and parm and she never cleared the table of dirty dishes. Today just wasn't a good experience. ?

As a musician and videographer I travel from state to state for work and this location is by far one of the best CPK locations I have ever visited as well as one of the best and sophisticated places for a slice, the best servers are Capri & aslo Capri… wink ask for Capri… tip big… the view of the brick oven as it evenly cooks your pizza to perfection is heart warming and the taste of everything even the soup is fantastic.. and always remember “Take it easy”
We've been going to CPK off and on for many years now. Over the last couple of years, though, CPK has become our go to place in large part due to Carlos. He always greets us with a smile and always goes above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. Ever since our first experience with Carlos, now we always ask to be seated in his area. Of course all the other staff are nice too! The food is always enjoyable. Good value for money.The guacamole was super fresh and the Kung pao spaghetti was cooked to perfection. Topped of with a butter cake and ice cream and we leave very very relaxed and satisfied! Thank you Carlos and CPK!!

The food was good. Ordered a pizza, a crunch salad, and drinks. Honestly, it was a little overpriced for what you get. There's definitely better pizza out there. The salad was superb though. The service was exceptional, and the server was very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Accommodates babies and kids with coloring books and crayons. Very family friendly.
We ordered the California Club pizza and I didn't like it and the Chicken Tequila Fettuccine which was better, I honestly don't recommend that pizza. On the other hand, there is one that has fresh mozzarella and it is the best ? it is delicious and the non-alcoholic drinks are also 10/10. The atmosphere is calm, just for a quick stop to eat and that's it.

Tried to dine here with a sleeping baby but they would not allow us to bring the stroller inside the restaurant. I get it’s in a mall and probably is annoying having a stroller inside but it was 2:45 aka off hours at a restaurant and it was half empty. Had lunch at J Alexander’s instead which were happy to serve as stroller and all!

This place has seen better days. We used to be regulars at this location for years. Since the pandemic we have visited this location twice (both times noticing that the quality is not there anymore). Today (Dec 2023) we paid our last visit. Quality of pizza, chicken piccata (more like a rubber shoe) and salads is below average. The place is dirty. Staff tries…This place needs a new management team.
