This is hands-down the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We had a 615 reservation and when we arrived, there were scores of people waiting. The hostess never made eye contact nor never spoke to anyone for at least five minutes. We arrived at 6:10 for the 615 reservation. When we finally spoke to her, she told us it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited for 45 minutes and when we spoke to her, she just ignored us and walked away. This is hands-down. The worst service I have ever seen at any restaurant there were at least 20 people waiting all who had reservations and none were seated on time. The entire weight staff seemed unhappy and rude, and the hostess was without a doubt the most unprofessional hostess I have ever encountered. If I could give this restaurant a negative review I would the hostess needs to be fired in this restaurant needs to close.
Recently attended my office Christmas party here. Upstairs is beautiful. The food starting with the appetizers until the very end was terrible. No flavor, dry and a lot of chicken was raw. Awful
Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great service. Food came out hot and was delicious.
Way too loud for dinner. Piped in music kept trying to override conversation, so people ended up shouting to be heard, then the music got louder.
We had a 6:00 p.m. reservation on Thanksgiving and we weren't seated until 6:45. This was only after I alerted the hostess that she sat a 6:30 reservation for a two top ahead of my son and I. Once seated, the food came out quickly and was good overall. I realize Thanksgiving can be a hectic day, but the back up at the host station was bad and we weren't the only people who were seated out of turn.
None of us had the turkey dinner - our group had salmon, prime rib, chicken marsala and the ham dinner. So we are grateful you offered more choices. All of the food was delicious! The service was slow due to the high volume of tables but we didn't mind and understood having been servers years ago. It made for a leisurely family dinner.
Typically I do not provide a review. However, in this case I want explain why my overall rating was a three. What was great: The greeting and serving staff was fantastic. During my past six visits over the past seven years the staff was very cold almost to the point of resentful - not the case this time, we were seated promptly and excited to see us. The food was delivered to our table of six fast and at once by several staff, all smiling. What was not so great: The food was well below prior visits - my dining partners and myself noticed steams still on the green beans, the food was bland. My salmon was very dry. No gravy provided for the soupy mashed potatoes. No gravy provided for the Turkey. The stuffing definitely needed gravy. I was supposed to attend again with a different group in late December- I cancelled my attendance because of the food situation.
Server was just ok. Forgot a few things and didn't check often. Love the decor and Christmas music. Portions small for the price and cheesecake quite bland
This review is based on the decline of Camp Ticonderoga since new ownership. This used to be our Go-to for group gatherings. I have visited here two times in the last month, thinking that the first visit was a one-off. But my second visit was even worse. Prices have increased and portions have shrunk. Today, the Maurice salad was served on a dinner plate. Very small. Everyone at the table commented on the little size of the entree salad. The Apple Brie cheese sandwich no longer has thinly sliced crunchy apples. It is smeared with super sweet gloppy canned apple pie filling. The Cajun pasta no longer comes with Texas toast. The harvest salad no longer comes with a delicious blueberry muffin.
The chocolate chip cookies are no longer buttery hot out of the oven. The are gummy premade cookies that are microwave heated. And you pay $9 for only 3 cookies. So if you have a table of 4, you’ll have to double the order and pay $18 for horrible cookies.
Anyhow, after coming here for years, we are sadly retiring this restaurant out of our lineup and we’ll figure out a new place to gather for group get togethers.

Draft beer made me sick. Mgr said "3rd complaint-we should clean lines." Fries cold and fish old. Grizzle for french dip.
We heard it was under new management so we tried it for lunch as it was always a good place to go. Well, not anymore! It took almost 15 minutes to order and another 20 minutes for our food to come. Big disappointment. The food was fair and warm at best and the service was obviously too slow. Don't waste your time, money or patience on this place! There are too many other good restaurants in Troy.

Used to be a great place but not any longer. It took 15 minutes for a server to take an order, 1/2 hour wait for our food (sandwich and fries), then we had to ask for the bill - total time for lunch over 1 hr. Could not blame it on busy lunch crowd, we were one of 4 tables totaling 10 diners. Filthy table next to use took them 45 minutes to clean up and waitstaff walking around with bare midriffs! Will not be back!

7 out of 8 of us thought the food was terrible last night. My pot roast was so bad that I am writing this review. I received a mound of dark brown gravy which was covering up some kind of meat and mashed potatoes. After I pulled a stingy like substance from the pile I was done.
This place use to be decent but I will not be going back.

Our waiter, Chris, was very attentive and offered great suggestions! We were very pleased with all the food and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were at Happy Hour!
