Although I love some Charley's. I will never go to a restaurant that allows staff to come to the register with a Hair Bonnet on. That is not a hair net or even sanitary. The look of this brings the establishment down. So 😞 disappointed. Please do better!

The cook gave the lady in front of me extra meat and cheese then cut mines almost in half!!!!! I asked him how a small sandwich has more meat than a large and he got really nasty!!!! Good thing I took pictures!! Will definitely be contacting a manager food too expensive to be playing!!!

Horrible service! Messed up our order a few times. Very rude employees that complained because they had to work, so unprofessional and unorganized there was no communication between each employee, they barely knew what they were doing. Do yourself a favor and skip this place by all means!

Wanted a cheese/steak sandwich. First & last time going to Charley's. Steak was like a slice of deli meat - tough, bun was cheap quality bread & soggy, no sauce or seasoning on it - A waste of $.

Food is good however why you guys don't do the reward app scan barcode? I have an app for Charlys but was there today and told them I have a barcode to earn points for my rewards in the app - the girl rudely said to me oh we don't have any barcode. So how am I supposed earn my points if you guys don't have a scanner for the rewards and there's no way on the app I can submit the recipt to earn points. I feel like contacting the corporate HQ about this problem. Not happy about this at all!

I order chicken buffalo I got steak I don’t like the service there are not helpful and they are rude. She doesn’t wanna even change my order and give me the one I ordered they are mistake and they don’t want fix there mistake and she doesn’t wanna even apologize
We got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. It was all done to perfection. The saff was friendly. It's in the oakland mall food court ,so there are plenty of seating options. It is wheelchair excessable also.

I wish I could share a recent experience. I went yesterday and was told they weren’t taking any more orders for the night. It was 5:30 and they closed at 6:00. I won’t be back anytime soon. Oakland Mall
