I go to this chipotle frequently, due to proximity. Every single time I go there’s something wrong; missing items, slow service , short staff , over salty food, a certain payment method can not be accepted . It is ALWAYS dirty in there, the food station is messy and can tell the items aren’t refreshed. I really wish i did not have to go here but it’s quick and easy for me. This location is a poor representation of the chipotle franchise . Confused how they are still open. Get it together

Be warned If you don't get there early, you don't get the fajita. Best food around for the price but I have no clue why this restaurant consistently always runs out of fajita. You can't send them. They don't listen. They just make good food but always run out of fajita. Not a hater just upset that they don't have fajita All day long into the afternoon.

Food counter was dirty and messy, girl taking the orders was rushing me and seemed to be in a big hurry to get things done, she seemed to have a lot of work, but then she stopped working to talk and laugh with other customers and she did not seem to be in a hurry anymore. They also approached my table to complain about my kids being loud, and that they could not work with this noise, and then they proceeded to talk all the time while working making a similar amount of noise.
Ordering a bag of chips from this location is like ordering a snack size bag of lays chips.... There is hardly any in there especially for such a large bag. Also the chips were soggy and pre-bagged. Sitting on the counter behind the Cashier also all the bags were open. So by the time you get the chips they are soggy, cold, and kinda stale.
Like most other chipotle this location does skimp on the meat as much as possible. I couldn't help but notice that the kids meal I ordered for my kids and my burrito had the same amount of meat. Which is kind of sad when you think about the price comparison. Also almost every item that I requested on our food the girl had to go to the back and get.
Over all the girl that took care of us was good. She seemed a bit tired and in desperate need of some help. I could see what looked like 2 people (possible a manager and another work) talking and making jokes in the back while a line was forming going out the door. I believe I even heard them making fun of the girl "going slow" which to mean seems like bad leadership. I would rate the service lower then a 4 stars but the girl working the counter was handling it all like a champ. The 2 in the back is the only reason I would rate this lower.

I don’t leave reviews of restaurants. However, this place consistently gets online orders incorrect. I have had several experiences of the online order being incorrect. I wasn’t even able to request refund because the app is crappy. I’m done ordering from here.
