Update: The benefits change with the shift. Recently I ordered guac on the side and they give it in a small container not like in the pics at the rewards. Also there was avacado skin in it see pic. If you feel that your were skimmed on just ask for more

Ordered online, they charged me 8x… $200 and never had my order ready, said it must be the other location (it’s not) then said was too busy to make it. Disgusting. Now I’ll need to go to the bank to dispute and a new restaurant because this place can’t do business

Location closes at 11pm, but around 10 the stuff starts empty drink dispensers, spraying the tables to clean, blocking the door to enter with chairs, covering up the cooler with drinks at the front while the customers were still in there eating food, around 10:20, I went to the restroom before leaving, they were banging on the doors , it was loud though ????? In 2-3 mins in the bathroom, whoever was it from the staff, banged 2 times, customers to come out from the restroom as there was still 1/2 an hr left to close….JUST SHAME ON YOU….

I went here vs.the one up the road in hopes it would be cleaner. Totally disgusting ...every table was dirty. Wasn't busy and no one was out cleaning tables.

This personally was an excellent Chipotle. It was on Crooks, S of Square Lake Rd. They were very generous & all of their bins were full with the toppings to choose from. Clean & very nice staff.

Who ever working on the counter for the order NW1-YA0 need to be fired. Mis placed all my 3 items with some ones order. I don’t know if there is a lazy manager to monitor this issue or not. And there is no way to call support.
Thus happening for the multiple times and useless customer service at chipotle. I don’t want to waste my time
Usually when i get food from here the food is really and good portion. But for some reason when i doordashed i got terrible portion sizes. What is this chipotle? Im very annoyed with the amount of food they put. I basically got half a bowl. I paid 25 bucks for half a bowl, are u kidding me. If i could post a picture i would so you guys can see how ridiculous this is. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Everything was okay until the cook realized I wanted to wait for the new honey Chipotle chicken he informed me that it would be another 5 to 10 mins I said okay. He got mad about, so I took the regular chicken which ended up tasting old just because I didn't feel comfortable with waiting cause he might've done something to the chicken. Never know nowadays.

Stopped by this lcation on Fri Dec 20th around 3ish. The team were fast! Myspecial kiddos to Raussi(Hopefully spelled it right🥺) who listened attentively and made the order special! Being a leader & owning your respnsibility doesn't know atime & place!!!

Actually a decent location. Many chipotle locations stopped having fajitas veggies but this location still have them albeit they only give out little which is why i deducted one star away. Overall pretty solid location
