Terrible event we all got sick they had issues with the chuckee coming out cake was old taste like they had just got it out freezer taste like freezer burn both the girl never gave us the sharpie so everybody cup was mixed up ,my baby cake had issues how can you bring a cake with issues the hello kitty was messed up on side pizza had burnt bubble's knowing me I want everything perfect definitely wasn’t worth $266 at all I should have went to chesterfield then the girl that came out with chuckee wasn’t getting none of smaller kids that was birthday stars entertainment was very dry it wasn’t as advertised and I shouldn’t haft to go back and fourth about how we wanted those small burnt pizzas we got photos of that to then another child knock my daughter off machine take the thing from her when she’s using her points there was people there that wasn’t watching there kids do unorganized Jesus Christ like the dry cake we know old in fresh cake look how they did it was falling apart everytime we cut a slice in it was still froze in middle in top

This place has went downhill compared to the old days. First is the PRICES I understand inflation but a lot of this is companies being greedy. The trampoline should be FREE paying $15 on top of play time is ridiculous.Secondly the staff had attitudes and checking children at the trampoline like they were security bouncers at a club. Lord times has changed I didn’t even enjoy one second of this because it was a WASTE! I spent $100 on nothing!

We bought their Monthly Silver Subscription membership. $12/mo for unlimited visits w/ 100 game plays a day. We get 30% off of food as well. My kids love going. Some days we take them and spend an hour without spending a dime. Other trips we take advantage of that food discount with the membership. I spent $35 one night and we all had salad, pizza and appetizers.... what would be around $100 without the membership for the gameplay and food that we received. Saginaws location in particular is hit or miss when it comes to your staff experience (although staff experience can be based off your attitude too) but most of the staff their really do their job and do it well. Some days we are there 2 hours and no Chuck E. Appearance is made. The biggest downfall to all of the locations is the removal of animmatronics!

Management is disgustingly unfriendly, unprofessional, and borderline incompetent, barely even spoke in full sentences, acting as if it’s inconvenient even talking to you, and looking at you like they could care less what’s coming out of your mouth. Just gross. The male worker in the black hat walking around was super nice though!!

Came here last year and half the games were broken. Looks like they renovated and added some game and trampolines, and all games are working great! New unlimited play time system is awesome and reasonably priced. Pizza is bussin too
We couldn't have asked for a better party hostess! From the moment we arrived, Danielle was welcoming, and incredibly organized. She went above and beyond by helping with the setup. Her attention to detail made the whole event run smoothly. When it came time for the cake, she cut and served it. Her cheerful attitude and helpfulness truly made the day special. We highly recommend having your child’s party at this location. Danielle really made the event stress-free
