Very poor experience for a birthday party. Food was not good and overpriced. They rushed us out like cattle when it wasn't even time to leave. Chuck e cheese himself was not interested in interacting with the kids. Ticket payouts on the games were very low.

Stood in front of a manager with a blue shirt maybe 5 minutes at the counter. Didn’t even think about telling me he’s busy or will be right with me. Then wanted to tell me he was ringing up a 1000 dollar bill with no customers but me around. And caught an attitude. It will be nice if someone from a higher end reaches out. I’ll definitely drive to hall rd before I visit that place. Management and customer service is everything.

Although this was my grandbaby's first birthday celebration, the service was mediocre. First, we had to wait more than an hour in a half to get our food order. I personally got up to gain perspective of the wait. I asked to speak to a manager. Even in that instance it took a considerable amount of time before sought to our concerns. Yet, when he did so, his professionalism was refreshing to see. He listened and reassured us that he would take care it personally. His conflict resolution technique was impressive.

Moreover than that; I recognize the the business of yeter because they were basically filled to capacity. However, once the manager was made aware, our came out 20 minutes later. To me that was excellent service.

Now, will I return yes, but not for a birthday party, due to the length of time it took for our meal to arrive, we could not do the cake and ice cream.

Overall everyone had a good time.

5/5 Experience!
Our Chuck E. Cheese visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the games were all working great, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a family outing.

What really made it even better was the monthly pass. It was incredibly easy to use — just tap and go. No reloading, no hassle, no stress. The kids played as much as they wanted, and I could actually relax and enjoy the visit.

Overall, an amazing experience, and the monthly pass made everything effortless. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I just dont understand that everything inside of chuck e cheese is already expensive as is and they have the nerve to charge an additional 15 dollars per kid for the trampoline pad and slide play escape like why not offer that for free ? I now can see why theres hardly ever any kids that plays on it, just think about it youre paying 50 bucks plus for a game card to play the games and a large pizza and 4 cups is 40 dollars and pizza only has 10 to 12 slices which doesn't feel anyone up and doesn't look like a large so you'll need to buy two or three larges and each pizza is damn near 40 dollars ..plus pay an additional 15 for the Playscape? Money hungry and is getting over on ppl ..

The place was really clean and well maintained. Food was fresh and hot and delicious. Love the option to pay for an hour of unlimited arcade and that you can pause the access if you decide to stop and eat. Overall a great value and the kids loved it! Was really impressed!

Ehhh, it's hard to win more than 4 tickets from
Any of the games now. Now it's all about what you spend & that's it.

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese with my children, and our experience was disappointing. My kids were playing on the trampoline and in the play area, and we still had about 30 minutes left before our time was up. I was unaware that socks and a wristband were required to play. Instead of approaching me first, a staff member went directly to my children and tried to force them out of the jump house, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.

Afterward, my kids wanted to go into the play park, but we were told it was connected to the trampoline area and they couldn’t use it unless we paid for it. Since we were getting ready to leave, I decided to just let it go. However, the manager was very rude and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, which really dampened the experience for my children.

Overall, I think better communication and friendlier customer service would make a big difference. Parents should be clearly informed about wristband and sock requirements before playtime, and staff should address parents directly rather than children when issues arise.
