Although this was my grandbaby's first birthday celebration, the service was mediocre. First, we had to wait more than an hour in a half to get our food order. I personally got up to gain perspective of the wait. I asked to speak to a manager. Even in that instance it took a considerable amount of time before sought to our concerns. 5/5 Experience!
Our Chuck E. Cheese visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the games were all working great, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a family outing.

What really made it even better was the monthly pass. It was incredibly easy to use — just tap and go. No reloading, no hassle, no stress. The kids played as much as they wanted, and I could actually relax and enjoy the visit.

I just dont understand that everything inside of chuck e cheese is already expensive as is and they have the nerve to charge an additional 15 dollars per kid for the trampoline pad and slide play escape like why not offer that for free ? I now can see why theres hardly ever any kids that plays on it, just think about it youre paying 50 bucks plus for a game card to play the games and a large pizza and 4 cups is 40 dollars and pizza only has 10 to 12 slices which doesn't...
