Last order the cinnabons were raw in the middle. No one answered the phone for help.

This latest order, they arrived with barely any cinnamon or frosting on top. Like the store used half the ingredients. The buns were cold and dry.

There was also a large hair in the box. Gross.

Very poor customer service. I ordered pick up for a pack of 6 cinnabons and when I go to pick them up, they say, "We're out of 6 packs. We already refunded your order." How the hell is Cinnabon out of cinnabons?! And no notification provided to prevent from going all the way there to pick up, just to be told they have no cinnabons to provide. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Let's see if I get my money back at a decent time.

Food is cold but still alright. The girl that was behind the counter making stuff wouldn’t stop staring at us tho which made us feel very uncomfortable. The girl that served did a great job just wish she had a better attitude honestly. Just didn’t feel welcome and uncomfortable to get our food honestly.

Ordered for delivery online but was sent a pickup request after already paying. When I tried to call store because I could not make it there to cancel, nobody would answer the phone. They even have a mailbox that’s full but in email suggest calling the store to fix any issues. Lost $20.

Old lady that was working the morning of 8/31 bad customer service...no greetings . Lied about the cinnabuns being fresh... Gnats in display.. also tried to tell me that the pecan dessert i inquired about was the same as a mini cinnabun... I wouldn't recommend
