Food is cold but still alright. The girl that was behind the counter making stuff wouldn’t stop staring at us tho which made us feel very uncomfortable. The girl that served did a great job just wish she had a better attitude honestly. Just didn’t feel welcome and uncomfortable to get our food honestly.

Ordered for delivery online but was sent a pickup request after already paying. When I tried to call store because I could not make it there to cancel, nobody would answer the phone. They even have a mailbox that’s full but in email suggest calling the store to fix any issues. Lost $20.

Old lady that was working the morning of 8/31 bad customer service...no greetings . Lied about the cinnabuns being fresh... Gnats in display.. also tried to tell me that the pecan dessert i inquired about was the same as a mini cinnabun... I wouldn't recommend

The manager sherry was giving me attitude since I walked in the place, she kept rolling her eyes, and chuckling, it didn’t seem like they were busy either because when I walked in it was only her and another girl sitting there talking and laughing. Worst experience ever will never come back . Advice - fire sherry- worst employee you could ever have for business.

Cinnabon at Oakland mall out in Troy have very great Cinnabon there and the service is amazingly good so everyone please stop in and see sherry and her workers to have very good and delicious Cinnabons very very good service here ???????

Seems a popular review... it's true. The young lady behind the counter has an attitude. If she doesn't like her job or hours then find another job. I asked nicely after 20 min about my door dash as I was working too... as she helped everyone and I saw my order sitting on the counter. She yelled I'm doing the best I can and I have been working open till close. I said nicely I was just trying to bring it to her attention neither person there was doing the order. And she yelled again about working open to close for 4 days... not my problem I have several jobs and I am customer service at all of them. I don't say those things to customers! My places are just as busy... she does not belong in customer service! ?
