This store (which appears to combine Cinnabon, Jamba, and Carvel) is a real treat for the senses! Upon entering, you are immediately greeted by the wonderful, pervasive scent of fresh cinnamon rolls, which instantly sets a welcoming mood. The store itself is noticeably clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable and pleasant visit. The only drawback was the lack of customer engagement. I was disappointed that I was not greeted upon arrival, nor was I asked if I needed any help finding items or placing an order. While the environment is fantastic, a simple greeting would make the experience truly excellent. Service
I recently went in to get a smoothie and a center of the roll, they didn’t have any on display but said they would be able to make it so I waited for that but when I opened it to eat in the car, it was only 1/3 of the way filled😭. Regardless of that it was quite good and fresh!
