If there was an option for ZERO stars I would select it. At 5 pm the Troy location was out of cookies completely, the workers there explain that they would āstartā baking cookies in 30 min. After an hour I called several times just to be hung up on after the worker had already answered. Terrible customer service, disrespectful towards customers, and overall RUDE. Iād love to get in contact with a manager.

my man ray gave me the best service ever the deserts were very good
All the cookies were hard as a rock around the edges and the skillet cookie was about 1/8ā thick. If youāre going to charge that much money for basic cookies it better be the best cookie I have ever eaten. Not rock hard

Not bad but wouldn't return. I'd rather get a Pizookie at BJ's for HALF the price and a bigger portion. Way overpriced. Nice interior/atmosphere. Cookie with ice cream was decent. Guy with the bass pro hat last night was very nice, but guy in the blue hoodie really lacked customer service skills, no "thank you", "you're welcome", "have a good night", etc
