The cotton cakes didn’t taste good. I also got a smoothie and took a single sip and told them I didn’t like it and asked if I can switch it for something different. They said no, you’d have to buy another one. Very bad customer service and the food isn’t the best either. Won’t be coming back.

The biscoff cheesecake was perfect. It's a bit expensive though so we decided not to get anything else.

I’ve been here twice now, and the cheesecakes are amazing! I’ve had the plain and ube flavors, both of which were delicious (but i think the ube is my favorite 💜)

Gluten free cotton cake was dry tonight. Tried to have coffee with the cake. Staff forgot to bring it to me as promised. When I asked for my coffee as a customer who came long after me received his coffee, that staff member said they had no idea what I was asking about. Several more minutes passed and I had to go to the counter to request my coffee again. When I finally recieved my coffee, it was so hot the cup burned my fingers and I could not drink it. The staff was rude and I feel like my money and time was wasted as it took over 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee that was too hot to drink with the dry cheesecake. Very disappointed.

I ordered a variety of desserts for me and my daughter. I loved the Almond custard. It’s the perfect blend of texture and taste. My daughter didn’t care for the brownie cake. Overall I will be back. There’s so much more to try.

The girl who cashed me out was nice . Cheesecake looked good but when I got home it seemed old and stale . Hard on the outside . Definitely not fresh. Won’t be back.

Love the cotton cake! I’d rate it 5 stars if they stored the cakes in the refrigerator instead of at room temperature.

Not a lot of places sell Japanese cheesecake and the ones that sell here do resemble them. Japanese cheesecake is like the opposite NY style which is dense and solid. Japanese cheesecake suppose to be airy and fluffy, almost like a sponge cake.
The ones I tried here does not have the same texture as the ones I had overseas. Cotton cake's do taste good, looks good but the texture is a little off.
Nice place to hangout too, wide open floor plan, I see people just hanging out. Ube ( purple yam) is my favorite one there
