Nicholas always takes care of us Iāve never seen a hard working young man He always make sure our icecream is delicious and is so kind he is always there everytime I come always treats us like family! I live 20 minutes away but I only come to this dairyqueen still cause of him no other dairyqueen Iāve been to gives us customer service like that their store is always clean and everything always comes out amazing never had a bad experience overall at this location!

There were two people working yesterday that were so kind and helpful - a young girl and a young boy. They were very sweet and knowledgeable, and speedy too. Thank you for making my sonās night!
Went here tonight earlier with my boyfriend. The place was very clean, nice workers, and the ice cream was very good (besides being very heavy on the java chip part in the caramel java chip blizzard). The thing that upset me was I found little white fibers in both of our blizzards, literally pulling them out of my mouth. Grossed me out and made me throw the rest away.

This place is a joke. I pre-ordered an ice cream and showed up to pick it up, two days later at the chosen pick up time. The lady was rude and stated it was not the right location. Even after I showed her the email with the address to HER location. Then I showed her on Google that it was the correct location. She didn't even apologize she just kept coming up with excuses.

This location clearly doesnāt clean their machines ā Just left with two blizzards , the bottom of the strawberry one tasted like peanut butter and mint ?! Also the employee didnāt serve either one upside down when we tried to do it ourselves we had to stop bc it was gonna fall out. P.S. Not everybody is christian No need for a āJesus loves youā sign in the window when the kids just want an ice cream .
