Extremely rude on free cone day they charged me for my cones even though my extremely small children couldn't stay in line with me. Would love to speak to management i came after 5 pm so the 2 workers you have on today were extremely rude will never come back.

If I could give a negative rating I most certainly would! The place is dirty. The people taking orders are unpleasant to look at and unprofessional. The young little boy taking my order was rushing me and rude when deciding what to order pulled out a telephone. Besides that, the ice cream wasn’t half bad. Would hope they wouldn’t skimp on the ingredients even tho I paid for extra and they did! Do not waste your money on this establishment.

I have been here with my son a few times now since we work out in Troy. Each time is a very nice time. They always have the Georgia mud fudge blizzard which my son loves. While there we also tried the triple berry smoothie. It was to die for. The dairy Queen associate mixed it perfectly. The taste was absolutely berrylicious. I will definitely come back and get another one when I have the taste of berries for a craving. And I'm sure my son will grab another Georgia mud fudge.

The service and staff are excellent and very helpful and nice i have no issue with that regard. But, unfortunately the facility reeks of old, dried, salty, warm, blood. I could barely finish my peanut buster parfait without becoming lightheaded and sick to my stomach. They need a new cleaning solution soon.
