What an amazing experience!
My family likes dairy queen but often times we feel some branches lack in the original taste that we used to get when we were young.But this oakland mall branch is phenomenal.Though there was a line but it was quick to get our turn.Taste is yum and staffs are more than friendly!

My kids needed a quick treat in the mall and I found this store! The lady working there was rude and charged for an extra icecream cone which isnt the practice in any ice creams shops! Also the smoothie was absolutely disgusting for such a high price! It was just syrup and yogurt water with no fruits and showed clear separation! When I complained, she said that’s how it is made and asked me to complain to dairy queen directly!

The customer service here is literally awful ! They are rude & they have attitudes !

This place did not participate in free cone day! Then they tried to charge me .35 to use my debit card which is illegal. Shady owner…

Woman was on the phone the entire time. Ordered 3 Orange Julius for $19. She did not make enough in her blender and watched her add water to all of them. They tasted like filtered water with a twist of orange. I asked her to make them again. She was clearly upset as she put her phone down to argue that she added more slush, which I explained was just water. I kindly explained this is not our first time here and we are aware what a Julius is supposed to taste like. She did remake them and they were spot on. I personally feel if she was not on the phone when talking to customers and making their orders, they would come out correctly the first time and with less waste. The person in line after us ended up leaving too because the woman would not get off the phone. The woman working was the same older woman who has been there for longer than two years.

So I usually would go get a ice cream cone maybe once or twice a month but the last two times I was there this lady India or wherever she's from was just right out RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... She claims she's a manager but I was told she's not but either way it doesn't matter do your job like your supposed to do and show some RESPECT... She kept wanting to charge me extra for using my debit card and everytime I go there I've never been charged, I have documents showing I'm never charged for using my card, this lady is a real joke...

Every time I go past 7 pm a security guard says they're closed, but everywhere it says they're open until 9

Very inconsistent with their smoothies. Either pretty good or totally awful. Your workers are not friendly either.

great place to stop by to munch on something while shopping in the mall. awesome to see they are following covid protocols. wish they had more hot food options!
