The food is delicious, first and foremost. I got the BBQ Beef sandwich. The beef and veg was tender and well- seasoned. Everything in the sandwich was well-balanced, flavorful, and played off of each other. The bread is another highlight. The garlic fries are also very delicious, especially with their jalapeno ketchup. You get very generous portions too, which is a great value for the cost. In total, it was about $22 for a sandwich and fries for lunch, which I could have easily split into 2 lunches. The service was professional and done with a smile. They serve out of a food truck (I'm guessing while they wait for the restaurant to be built,) so you get the fun novelty of a food truck too. The truck appeared clean, they have a nice outdoor seating area blocked off, and they have plenty of space for parking and hanging out. They are also Halal, if that's your thing.
Overall, they did a really great job top to bottom. I look forward to going back and trying more of their offerings and watching progress on the full restaurant. Definitely go and spend your money here. This place is worth it.

Tried Detroit 75 for the first time after following them for a while on socials. I got the spicy shawarma sandwich, and it was a fantastic lunch! Great balance of flavors and cooked perfectly - gotta love that crispy flatbread!
Ordering was super easy, my order was ready in a reasonable time, and the staff (both in the truck and the young person cleaning the tables) was incredibly nice!
I don't typically take myself out to lunch, but I might become a regular here!

Super friendly. My food always taste hot & fresh. One of my favorite items was sold out, which is understandable when always using fresh ingredients. Owner went above and beyond to make up for it! Now I have two favorite sandwiches!

It was 78° out -- a 30 min drive due to a couple minor construction zones - and a ' not easy to find' location. Besides any of that --- I will be returning on other Fridays for that incredible fish at Detroit 75 Troy's food truck! My friend & I had walleye sandwichs -- and my husband had the catfish dinner with garlic-cilantro fries! The jalapeno ketchup for the fries, and both the homemade hot sauce and tartar sauce for the fish were great. Their 'brick & mortar' place is under construction, so they're serving from their food truck in their parking lot. There's picnic tables with large umbrellas, and I saw heaters mounted along the wall -- but no use for them today! Their staff was so friendly, and helped with any questions. Definitely a great lunch today!

The bread alone will be our reason to return. It was perfectly thin and crispy. The sandwiches we got were on point. We had the 3rd Street Cheesesteak add Cajun fries (which were very Cajun) and the Corktown BBQ Beef add Garlic fries (Amazing!!). Then we added on 2 Large Strawberry Lemonades and other than the fact that we both wished they were a little colder they were the perfect level of everything
