I always have a great experience here. Chasity always suggests the best sandwiches . She has never steered me wrong it’s always delicious whenever I order for my family. I love the staffs energy and how professional they are. Dude up front is always friendly too. For sure makes for a great experience and with the sandwiches being delicious it’s a win win. Before reading, this is extremely petty I know but pretty annoyed by the experience. Long story short, they were supposed to cater at my work today and first, they were late brining the food and then two, they didn’t bring enough food so by the time I was available to grab lunch the food was all gone. Will never be going to dibellas again

Not only are Dibella’s subs great, but staff like Miya make this location more than worth returning to. Miya is always pleasant to speak with regardless of how busy it is throughout the various rushes of the day. And she has a great memory, so she remembers my order even when I can’t (which is often). The environment is always clean and the catering orders are always top notch and accommodating.

I really enjoy DiBella's subs. Walking in you can tell that you're going to be in an upscale sub place. The service is great they are always willing to help you out and make sure your experience will be great.
It's was a decent Sid shop. I had just a 7 once not I would love a little more meat and dressings in there. I am not made tho it was Al fresh meat and you can taste it . The crew was friendly and fast with my sub. It has little and diner type of vibe.

Customer service has definitely gone out of the window. I only wanted a small amount of food this particular day so I ordered a kids meal. I wanted it grilled like they do all the other sandwiches but was informed, "we don't grill kids sandwiches." They gave me so many dirty looks and made me wait extra long while they reluctantly grilled my sandwich.Little things go a long way.This store didn't care to satisfy the customer.

I love these sandwiches. The ingredients are awesome and you can do it anyway you want. The bread is fresh and on point. Good chip selection to complement the sandwich. The music is mixed and great. Really as far as fast food sub places go this is top of the pile.
