I was a big fan of Draftkings Sport and Social until today.
Food was still great.
Service was decent, a little slow at times but it's possible they were understaffed. So the effort was great but unacceptable to but understaffed on a Saturday in March.
The main problem and the source of all the confusion. The main game of the day was not put on the big screen until 5 minutes of the game had passed. Then once the game was on it was about 3 minutes behind the same game on the side TVs. Also the sound was on a different game completely. Once the main screen was fixed it was other ten minutes until the sound was fixed.
Then for some reason the exact same problem occurred to start the second half of the game. At that point most people there were visibly bothered and one server was slightly rude in her explanation of the problem which did not provide an answer at all.
Also the request of manager resulted in a manager never showing up to help explain the issues.
All in all the issues were finally resolved with two minutes left in the game.
My disappointment mostly lies in the fact that you are sports bar that did not know how to show sports. Nor explain why they were struggling to show sports.
Was hoping to bring a large group of people there for Matych Madness. May have to reconsider because we would want multiple games which could be a struggle.

I really wanted to like this place, but I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. The food was below decent, and the service, while friendly, just didn’t quite meet expectations and didn't seem to care. As a sports bar, I expected more attention to detail, especially when it comes to the TVs. With so many patrons there to watch sports, particularly during March Madness, it was a bit frustrating that the TVs weren't functioning properly in the right channels I had higher hopes for this spot, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, but I’m hopeful they can make improvements for the future. I'd avoid if I was anyone in the area and choose a different place.

Awesome place to watch sports, and the wings are great. A little pricey on the mixed drinks cocktails.

Cocktails were mid at best. Watched the bartender pack up the mint. Way before closing. Ordered a second and magically the drink was not served with the mint.

This place is amazing for sports. Especially for a detroit lions game. The only thing is they do not have reservations for detroit lions games and it's first come first serve and we never get a table there, how early we go.

Poor service. First, there was no one at the hostess stand when we walked in. After a few minutes I had to go find someone. All the servers and Hostesses were behind the wall at the back of the bar on their phones. After a few more minutes we were seated. We had 4 different waitresses walk past us several times and were never acknowledged. No one even asked or delivered any waters. The restaurant was not busy by any means. We waited at the table for over 20 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. As we stood up, we saw two of the waitresses sitting at a table on the other side of our booth with their heads down staring at their phones. We arrived at about 4:15 and left after 4:40. Not impressed.

We paid $30 a person for the New Year’s Eve event. Advertised was party favors, a DJ, specials, and more. Come to find out the DJ (who never played any music) was the owner and our waitress knew nothing about favors. We were there from 8-10pm and in that entire time I was asked if I wanted a refill ONCE. Not a single bill was correct when we asked for them and it took 20 minutes to get our cards back after paying….
We left at 10pm and ended up watching the ball drop at home. Super disappointed, false advertising, and wasted money.

Made a reservation for 7 people on open table, per their website. Arrived and they had no clue about the reservation. We were seated and without going into
all of the details, was the worst service anyone in our group had ever experienced. 20-30 minutes for a beer, glass of water. Food was over an hour and still didn’t all come out. Will never return.

Worst service! Can see your food waiting under the heat lamp. Beer is sitting on bar just waiting to get served! Never check on how you are doing so my glass was always empty for a long period of time. Never gave us plates, cutlery, or even checked to make sure we are satisfied. The cook delivered our food and the place only hade 12 people in it on a Friday night, that should have been a sign. Don’t waste your money and time. Lastly, didn’t get my order correct, delivered incomplete.
