Ordered food at 610, got it at 620. Good job. Part of the order was wrong. Waitress never came to check. She cleared our table at 10 after 7. I thought she'd come back to ask if we wanted something else or out check. At 745 i asked another waitress to have her bring our check. At 820 I walked to the bar asked to be rung up for what I ordered and left.

Basically they SUCK! Don't go. But it does look nice in there.

I chose Draftkings Sports and Social for my wife's surprise birthday party, and I'm glad I did! Coordinating everything with Samantha was an easy process. We mostly communicated thru email, and she was always quick to respond. Very accommodating. During the party, Amanda and Mallory were great. Amanda was always on top of what was needed before I even had to ask. Mallory was awesome behind the bar. I'd definitely use DS&S again for an event.

The overall experience at DraftKings Sports & Social Troy was excellent. From the moment we walked in, Anne-Marie welcomed us warmly and guided us seamlessly to our party of 25. She went above and beyond by assisting our server—refilling drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Every team needs an Anne-Marie on staff.

I only go for trivia, which they have a bad habit of canceling without notice. The food is ok, but not memorable. The amount of children and families I've seen in this bar run by a gambling app is disturbing. More than once I've witnessed small children playing at a beer pong table. If you have a specific reason to go, it's fine, but there's lots of places with better food and atmosphere in every direction. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS!

I had the pleasure of being served by Mariana at DraftKings, and she was absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and on top of everything. She made great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and somehow managed to be both super professional and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. If you’re heading to DraftKings, ask for Mariana—you won’t be disappointed!
