We have gone there several times to watch games. The food and service is usually average. Tonight was terrible. We had 645 reservations and were on time. We ordered dinner and drinks at 6:55. We ordered 1 appetizer and received 2 which we explained and they took them away. When the bill came it had 2 appetizers on it. We explained that she took one away and they adjusted it. We then noticed we did not get the happy hour pricing for our 2 drinks. We told the waitress who went to her manager. She came back and said the manager told her since we ordered at 6:55 it doesn’t count.
ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! Get a clue and train your servers better. And don’t be a jerk.

I was pleasantly surprised with the game watching experience as I always thought that the best way to watch is to only watch it in-person. However, witht the tickets to the Lions being expensive (good problem for the city!), a venue like this definitely is awesome for sports fans. They have massive TVs throught the venue, DJ playing music and TD sound effect (at least when I went), and have contests in between. Overall it was a nice experience for sure. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. The ony challenge for me was, I had to make a recommendation days in advance so you'd have to remember to reserve a table. Very busy during game days, so not smart to just walk in on the day of!!

Omggg first time coming here, me and bae had an amazing atmosphere, food was amazing as well, customer service is A1 and especially the manger Robert and his jokes omg you have to love him, kept us entertained all night definitely stop by and check out this spot your going to love it !

Place needs more staff. More servers. Bartender did their best, but for a table of more than 5 to try to flag down a busy bartender for a whole lunch shouldn’t have to happen.

Also, curious why (in this case hip hop) music blasts in between football action on the main screen. Made it hard to chat to person next to me.

I booked with DraftKings a full month in advance, letting them know we had family coming down from Canada and we needed the UFC fight on the big screen. Brian confirmed it multiple times leading up to the date, so we trusted everything was set.

When we arrived, they completely went back on their word. They refused to put the UFC fight on the big screen even after all the prior confirmations. To make it worse, Robert the server, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or fix the issue, he acted like we were an inconvenience and completely disrespecting our family.

We made plans, scheduled around this event, and brought guests from out of town—and DraftKings dropped the ball completely. Terrible service, awful communication, and even worse management. I don’t ever want to see Robert again at Draftkings

Our group of 18 visited DraftKings on Saturday, Dec 6, 2025, and had an awful experience. Our server, Robert, rather than warmly welcome us, threatened to give away a few of our tables because our entire group of 18 was not present on arrival even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Robert was confrontational the entire evening and became irate when some of our guests stood near their seats, telling them to “sit down” instead of addressing the situation politely.

When we raised our concerns with Brian, the manager, he ultimately decided to kick us out and even called the police. Four+ police cruisers, including a K-9 unit, showed up, terrifying the teenagers in our group. The police were very professional and confused at why they were even called in the first place. We will not be returning and plan to share this ordeal with senior leadership. Aside from Robert and Brian, the rest of the staff were great.

We were there on Saturday for a reservation we had booked 4 weeks ago for the UFC fight. All my family was there to have good time. We were treated terribly by the manager Brian and Rob. He was very confrontational and rude. All we wanted to do was watch the fight and he was refusing to put it on. While my husband had reservations made and was confirmed by Brain. This was very unprofessional and for managers to behave like this is not acceptable. I’m not sure what training they went through but they need to go through extensive training on how to treat their customers.

We had a reservation for a group of 18, and from start to finish the experience was shockingly poor. When the first 6 of us arrived ahead of schedule, instead of being greeted with a simple “hello,” the manager, Robert, opened with an abrupt: “Where are the rest of your guests?” - a tone completely uncalled for, especially given the restaurant was maybe 10% full at best.

As more of our group arrived, Robert continued to take issue with frivolous, nonexistent problems - including guests briefly standing near our tables, despite the empty dining room. His attitude only escalated, ultimately ending with him kicking us out of the restaurant over nothing more than his own hostility.

For a place that was nearly empty, the lack of customer service and basic respect was unbelievable. We came in excited to celebrate with a large group, and instead were met with rudeness, poor management, and an experience none of us would ever want to repeat. We will be escalating this to senior leadership, Gabe, Scott, and others.

I had a vip party tonight, Bella was our server. I just want to say, it’s because of her that I will be back very soon. She was amazing, great attitude and just a pleasure.

We came into DraftKings as a party of eighteen and were immediately met with an unpleasant experience caused by the manager, Robert. Five of us arrived first, and he approached us asking, “Where’s the rest of your entourage? I have people lined up waiting for these tables.” There was no line, and the comment felt unnecessary and untrue.

As the rest of our group arrived, we were simply talking and getting settled like any large party would. Robert repeatedly claimed we were “blocking the lane,” even though everyone was within our own space. His tone throughout the interaction was confrontational and unprofessional.

When one of our friends politely asked if UFC could be put on, Robert became visibly upset and brought over another large staff member. Without any real cause, we were asked to leave—despite being prepared to spend $3,000–$5,000 that night and having spent thousands here on previous visits.

Even the police officers who were called unnecessarily told us outside that nothing had happened to justify the situation. No one raised their voice, touched anyone, or made any threats. We were simply trying to enjoy our night.

To be clear, the rest of the staff was amazing. Our servers were kind, attentive, and even mentioned that this manager is new and can be difficult to deal with. We genuinely appreciated their service and professionalism.

Unfortunately, because of Robert’s behavior and the way our group was treated, we will not be returning to this location again.
