My girlfriend and I met for Happy Hour. The food was excellent. Our service and server were excellent. This was not my first experience nor will it be my last. Eddie V's is a favorite!!

Spent our anniversary dinner at Eddie V's, and like always, they did not disappoint! The service, beginning with the valet parking, all the way to the end was excellent. Our waiter Nick was nice, prompt and engaging. The manager stopped by our table to make sure all was good... always a nice touch. And of course the food was excellent! Of all the places to go around Somerset, and even all of Detroit, Eddie V's is always on the top of our list!

We went here to celebrate a birthday. The table was decorated with silver sparkling hearts and a card. I wish I remembered my waiter's name, because he was absolutely AMAZING! He was a former chef turned server, so his recommendations were On Point! Thank you for a great evening!

I had only been to Eddie V's once before, for seafood, naturally. Tonight I was in the mood for a steak. I'm usually a little hesitant to order a steak when the house specialty is seafood, but theirs rivals any steakhouse. I had the 22oz bone in ribeye. It was done to perfection and the crab fried rice was amazing. I'm hooked!

We had a disappointing experience during what should have been a celebratory night. Our server was extremely pushy when it came to ordering both drinks and food, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that felt more about upselling than hospitality. I had a bad feeling about the interaction, so I kept my receipt—and I’m glad I did.
I later discovered that I had been charged $4 more than the amount I signed for. While $4 may not seem like a big deal, tip altering is fraud, plain and simple. I called and spoke with the manager, who confirmed I wasn’t the only one at my party that this had happened to. He refunded the $4, but considering we spent over $800, I expected the situation to be handled with more care and accountability.
This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I hope management takes a closer look at their staff and their practices.

This crab cake is amazing just order a carry out but I am upset that they did not put any utensils in my bag or the crab cake sauce. That is unacceptable. But never the less I will be back. lol and I will be checking the bag.

Eddie V’s is the best prime restaurant in metro Detroit. The food was perfection and the bone-in ribeye melts in your mouth. Nolan and Michael are a perfect team ensuring impeccable service. We will be back.
