Why hire someone who does not have proper training or courtesy to deal with the general public. My wife tried went in this morning to pick up some bagels. They had only one girl filling orders, the girl said nothing to my wife who was first in line one other customer behind her as the line started to fill up still the girl said nothing she just kept walking back and forth obviously filling online orders. Soon the line extended out the door still the girl said nothing to the people patiently waiting after 10 minutes of watching the employee walking back and forth behind the counter my wife left. This is not the first time that this has happened. If they don’t want to acknowledge customers they should find employment somewhere else outside of the food service industry!!!

You order, they dont even label what item is what. They just throw it in the bag, if someone orders Turkey Sausage, and someone else orders Pork, there is no way to tell the differnce, is it that hard to label ?

I wanted to buy a bakers dozen of Bagles. But I was told after wait g 10 mins, the only bagles I can choose from are the plain or sesame seeds bagles! Like who wanted a doz plain and sesame seed bagles? The thing is it wasn’t even 10 am. Nvr be back!

I ordered from here multiple times and tried multiple options. Staff are not the friendliest. They’re not super rude either, just stressed people I would say. Place is not very clean looking, which I wouldn’t expect it to be given that it is a fast food restaurant. Food is good tasting, especially for a fast food option. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t taste like a fresh gourmet option, not at all. But it is little better than usual fast food. My favorites are the all-nighter egg sandwich and farmhouse egg sandwich. For coffee, the hazelnut brew is amazing, when they have it. Overall, a decent experience for a fast food restaurant, but don’t expect a gourmet level (even though they charge gourmet prices).

Very poorly managed franchise location. Slow service and store cleanliness is poor. Would not recommend and would not come back.
Every table was dirty, garbage overflowing. My husband and I were the only customers there. They emptied the garbage before we left.

I was so excited to get my bagel in the morning however we were not greeted by the most friendliest customer service. He did not greet us, say hi hello to us and he got my order completely wrong. I wanted an egg, American cheese and avacodo bagel. The only thing I got on my bagel was the avacodo. The avocado was not ripe, it was hard a rock. The bagel itself tasted pretty good, but how do you mess up a simple step?
