Bagels didn't seem fresh or toasted, very little amount of cream cheese, my lox everything bagel tasted like cinnamon sugar (not a great flavor combo), they got my order wrong, and the place had a bit of a depressing and uncomfortable energy- so we ate in the car. The new biscuits and gravy bagel was good.

Food, as usual, is good. I like the egg white, avocado tomato sandwich. Tried an iced chai latte that was not (the mix was sour). Told the cashier and she made me a new drink, but from same mix resulting in same sour taste. Chai tea is spicy and a little sweet...not sour.

Stuff looking unhappy Coffee and cream tanks where empty, I have to ask them they give dirty looks ,, no very clean , will not go there again, bad experience, 1 million $ franchise.

I come here a lot of mornings. The location is very convenient. However, there have been a lot of turnover in help, which has created the need for a great deal of patience.

Horrible, I went in one hour after they opened and zero bagels were ready, when I ask when they would be ready I received no response. I ended up walking out and found a different Einstein bagel shop down the road and received a much better experience. I have been to quite a few locations and this one was my worst experience and very disappointing.

Staff is very rude. Placed online order and purposely arrived 10 minutes after pick up time. The order was STILL NOT READY!!!! Last order hashbrowns were not in the bag. When asked to make sure hasbrowns were in the bag for this order, cashier was very rude and nasty. I will be calling the corporate office. DO BETTER WHEN PEOPLE ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY....ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE BEING BOTHERED, KEEP YOUR ASS AT HOME AND STOP TORTURING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Very very very slow. If you don’t have 20 minutes to wait, I’d suggest going elsewhere. My sandwich was incorrect after waiting and paid for 2 eggs on it, only receiving one.
