Horrible, I went in one hour after they opened and zero bagels were ready, when I ask when they would be ready I received no response. I ended up walking out and found a different Einstein bagel shop down the road and received a much better experience. I have been to quite a few locations and this one was my worst experience and very disappointing.

Staff is very rude. Placed online order and purposely arrived 10 minutes after pick up time. The order was STILL NOT READY!!!! Last order hashbrowns were not in the bag. When asked to make sure hasbrowns were in the bag for this order, cashier was very rude and nasty. I will be calling the corporate office. DO BETTER WHEN PEOPLE ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY....ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE BEING BOTHERED, KEEP YOUR ASS AT HOME AND STOP TORTURING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Very very very slow. If you don’t have 20 minutes to wait, I’d suggest going elsewhere. My sandwich was incorrect after waiting and paid for 2 eggs on it, only receiving one.

First and last time at this location. Employee was extremely rude, felt super rushed and that I shouldn’t be asking any questions or clarifications on anything. I asked who the manager was and when I told her the employee was very rude, she just said “sorry”. You’re in the wrong business with an attitude like that.

They pick and choice which orders they will handle first and will have some customers waiting. The blonde older lady who works in the morning, is very rude and lacks customer service skills.
Why hire someone who does not have proper training or courtesy to deal with the general public. My wife tried went in this morning to pick up some bagels. They had only one girl filling orders, the girl said nothing to my wife who was first in line one other customer behind her as the line started to fill up still the girl said nothing she just kept walking back and forth obviously filling online orders. Soon the line extended out the door still the girl said nothing to the people patiently waiting after 10 minutes of watching the employee walking back and forth behind the counter my wife left. This is not the first time that this has happened. If they don’t want to acknowledge customers they should find employment somewhere else outside of the food service industry!!!

You order, they dont even label what item is what. They just throw it in the bag, if someone orders Turkey Sausage, and someone else orders Pork, there is no way to tell the differnce, is it that hard to label ?

I wanted to buy a bakers dozen of Bagles. But I was told after wait g 10 mins, the only bagles I can choose from are the plain or sesame seeds bagles! Like who wanted a doz plain and sesame seed bagles? The thing is it wasn’t even 10 am. Nvr be back!

I ordered from here multiple times and tried multiple options. Staff are not the friendliest. They’re not super rude either, just stressed people I would say. Place is not very clean looking, which I wouldn’t expect it to be given that it is a fast food restaurant. Food is good tasting, especially for a fast food option. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t taste like a fresh gourmet option, not at all. But it is little better than usual fast food. My favorites are the all-nighter egg sandwich and farmhouse egg sandwich. For coffee, the hazelnut brew is amazing, when they have it. Overall, a decent experience for a fast food restaurant, but don’t expect a gourmet level (even though they charge gourmet prices).
