I have eaten here so many times I lost count. Several years ago, sandwiches were always perfect and delicious, then around or after covid, it got pretty rough, sandwiches would be missing ingredients or just kind of gross. Thankfully it seems like things started to turn around and get better again in 2024/2025. One thing though that they just dont do well is drinks - Sadly I dont think I've ever been happy with a specialty drink (one time my latte had NO coffee in it at all?? The drink was all off-white in color, another time the syrup was overpowering the drink and I could not drink it, another time is was missing syrup, etc.). Coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes its brewed well but sometimes not. I once got iced coffee that was so incredibly bitter that I didnt know coffee could even taste like that. So, while I do recommend the sandwiches, the drinks really kinda stink.

Had a great breakfast at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Troy. We ordered the avocado toast and it was incredibly fresh and delicious—perfectly made and very satisfying for breakfast. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was well prepared. The place was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. A great spot for a quick, tasty, and refreshing breakfast. Would definitely come back again!

Disappointed in the small amount of cream cheese spread. I had a toasted bagel. The spread was barely there. I used to love this place. Staff was.great! Bagel's skimpy topping will stoo me from rushing back. Plus, I miss the salmon spread!!

Bagels didn't seem fresh or toasted, very little amount of cream cheese, my lox everything bagel tasted like cinnamon sugar (not a great flavor combo), they got my order wrong, and the place had a bit of a depressing and uncomfortable energy- so we ate in the car. The new biscuits and gravy bagel was good.

Food, as usual, is good. I like the egg white, avocado tomato sandwich. Tried an iced chai latte that was not (the mix was sour). Told the cashier and she made me a new drink, but from same mix resulting in same sour taste. Chai tea is spicy and a little sweet...not sour.

Stuff looking unhappy Coffee and cream tanks where empty, I have to ask them they give dirty looks ,, no very clean , will not go there again, bad experience, 1 million $ franchise.
