Bagels didn't seem fresh or toasted, very little amount of cream cheese, my lox everything bagel tasted like cinnamon sugar (not a great flavor combo), they got my order wrong, and the place had a bit of a depressing and uncomfortable energy- so we ate in the car. The new biscuits and gravy bagel was good.

Food, as usual, is good. I like the egg white, avocado tomato sandwich.
Tried an iced chai latte that was not (the mix was sour). Told the cashier and she made me a new drink, but from same mix resulting in same sour taste. Chai tea is spicy and a little sweet...not sour.

Food was yummy but the ordering and paying process is somehow very unorganized inside and had me worrying we weren’t going to get the correct order the whole time lol. Would suggest ordering online
