Absolute garbage. VERY different to the Einstein Bros bagels at 13 and Ryan. 16 and John R was out of cheddar jalapeno, pretzel, and plain to name a few. How do you run out of plain???? Terrible customer service. Sandwich took forever to make and was not half as good as the sandwich I get at 13 and Ryan. Bacon was limp and the sandwich was cold and tasteless. Girl at the register just watched me stab at the tip screen until she finally told me I needed to press 1-4 to leave a tip. Awful service. Won't be back here.

Today I went at this location was my first and last time! I was waiting in line I had 2 people in the front of me , The cashier The blk lady with glasses was collecting the money on the same time with those dirty gloves she was grabbing the bagels , can you imagine how many germs and bacteria those dirty gloves carry ! The guy in the front of me did see the scene as well we walked away. Not just this the young big kid that stays at the second register went to change the trash same thing with those dirty gloves he was also helping in the kitchen ! This employee's need to be addressed immediately for hygiene period . I already did report this issue including my video proof to Oakland county health department.

Devin, has a terrible attitude. I observed him for about 15 minutes waiting for my order, which he very rudely snapped wasn’t ready when I inquired (after waiting for quite some time already). He was not only rude to me, and other customers, but I witnessed him with his own coworkers as well. Very disappointed and will never be back.

I've been looking for a bagel shop but after looking at the reviews I won't be goin here. And at the end of each review it is said to go to a website to explain your dissatisfaction. Well in the reviews each customer already explains what has happened! Not sure if this is computer generated but all complaints should be acknowledged by a real person.

This place is an absolute let down. I’m visiting from out of town. The staff seemed irritated from the moment we walked in. The place is absolutely FILTHY. The food was not even cooked properly. Completely disgusting and disappointing! The floors have never been cleaned. If this is what customers see imagine the back. Ugh. Never coming back

I woke up early and places a large order online and chose a pickup time. I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time and was told they never received the order. Very frustrating when you have company showing up at your house in one hour and you ordered ahead to quickly pick it up. Manager looked at my confirmation and said they don’t get catering orders when they’re busy…. So why do you offer it online then? Magically after she is done at a computer my order pops up on their screen and she says they just received it. There was zero compensation or urgency to get my order packed and to me since now we are 10 mins past my pickup time. Someone dropped the ball and wouldn’t take accountability.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. I love getting their cinnamon sugar bagel w/ strawberry cream cheese and it was amazing. I paid about $4.98 for a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was great!!
I was disappointed that our bagels were toasted but still cold when served. Additionally, I had to wait and ask for my coffee cup. Despite paying for a dog bagel, it was missed, and we had to show the receipt and ask for it again. I expect the staff to be attentive and ensure all items are provided promptly.

I ordered 2 everything bagels with bacon egg cheese Avacado extra toastedAll I got was a cold bagel didn’t cook the bacon when I specifically asked. or toast any part of it & piece of cheese. Very disappointing.

Stopped in to get two bagels with cream cheese on a Saturday morning. Three people in front of us in line to order, and at least half a dozen waiting for their order. The one staff member seemed very overwhelmed. After taking the order of the person in front of us, she had her staff stop taking any new orders so they could 'catch up'. This was only overheard as we waited with no acknowledgement. We waited at least 15-20 minutes and honestly should have just left. This location needs customer service training and processes in place so everyone knows their role.Bagels were good though. Just not worth the wait. Hopefully this was an "off" day.
