Wondering why I paid 10$ for a turkey sandwich & it came with no turkey? The sandwich is literally called a tasty turkey. It wasn’t busy. Honestly don’t know what happened here but I’m not eating this 😭

I stopped into this Einstein Bros Bagels location on a snowy Thursday to get a baker's dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a coffee for myself. It wasn't busy and they had everything ready to go quickly for me. They were very polite and fast. The pricing is also very reasonable. My customers really enjoyed their bagels!
Absolute garbage. VERY different to the Einstein Bros bagels at 13 and Ryan. 16 and John R was out of cheddar jalapeno, pretzel, and plain to name a few. How do you run out of plain???? Terrible customer service. Sandwich took forever to make and was not half as good as the sandwich I get at 13 and Ryan. Bacon was limp and the sandwich was cold and tasteless. Girl at the register just watched me stab at the tip screen until she finally told me I needed to press 1-4 to leave a tip. Awful service. Won't be back here.

Today I went at this location was my first and last time! I was waiting in line I had 2 people in the front of me , The cashier The blk lady with glasses was collecting the money on the same time with those dirty gloves she was grabbing the bagels , can you imagine how many germs and bacteria those dirty gloves carry ! The guy in the front of me did see the scene as well we walked away. Not just this the young big kid that stays at the second register went to change the trash same thing with those dirty gloves he was also helping in the kitchen ! This employee's need to be addressed immediately for hygiene period . I already did report this issue including my video proof to Oakland county health department.
