Went in to grab a bagel with cream cheese and left. When I got home there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel. It was almost too dry to eat. Disappointing for sure!

Stopped in to get two bagels with cream cheese on a Saturday morning. Three people in front of us in line to order, and at least half a dozen waiting for their order. The one staff member seemed very overwhelmed. After taking the order of the person in front of us, she had her staff stop taking any new orders so they could 'catch up'. This was only overheard as we waited with no acknowledgement. We waited at least 15-20 minutes and honestly should have just left. This location needs customer service training and processes in place so everyone knows their role.Bagels were good though. Just not worth the wait. Hopefully this was an "off" day.

I used to like this place a lot but ever since CoVID their quality seems to have degraded and they never opened up dining area. This must be the only place that decided to keep people out

come here once and awhile on my lunches and have never had a problem, I really enjoy their all-nighter sandwich. Today i decided to order a chai tea latte with it and when i tasted it i noticed that it was really sour then I look in the cup and it was completely spoiled? won’t be back to this location :(

Their bagels are soft and tasty. When ordering toasted with one of their yummy flavored cream cheeses, be sure to pull apart and eat as two halves. Double the flavor and double the enjoyment.

In the past I have gotten really good service from this location, but for the past week or so they have never gotten my order right. For example, I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and they asked me what type of egg I wanted on it even though that's not one of the ingredients that comes on the turkey bacon avocado. So i said please do not put egg on my sandwich, but I still got egg on it! I also didn't get any turkey on the sandwich when it is the first ingredient in the name! Then I also asked for a hot water for tea and they gave me a stevia sweetened coffee. I looked at the receipt that they gave me and everything that was on there was correct but they just made everything completely wrong. Then just today I asked for a simple everything bagel with plain cream cheese and they gave me a cheese bagel with nothing on it! Mind you that I was the only person in the store at this time so they couldn't have confused me with someone else's order. It was the only thing I ordered so I asked them to fix it so they demanded I give back the bagel they gave me and they threw it away. Very rude customer service. I will not be going back.

Either this store is racist towards Middle Eastern people or they just simply don't care about DoorDash orders in a timely fashion whatsoever either or I will start recording my counters at the store since it's consistently horrible experiences
Typically one of my favorite bagel haunts. This morning, the bagels seemed chewy as though they'd been made the day before. If so, they've lost my trust.

Had a very bad experience this morning. I ordered online and recieved two burnt bagels. What a waste of money when you pay about $3 per bagel. Attached is a pick of green chilli bagel. Moreover, they didn’t even pack the chocolate chip muffin that I had paid for. When I called them about it they asked that I come back to store take it. So unprofessional!! Terrible service! Not going back here.
