Place is completely fine for a bagel of your choosing, but I wouldn’t say it does anything special or different. I enjoyed my meal of a breakfast bagel but lacking soup or other options limited a full experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got my bagel literally has 0 cream cheese. The bread was hard and I couldn’t even bite it because of how dry hard rock it was.

Came in and ordered 2 of the heavenly hashbrown bagel sandwiches. The taste was unbearable. The hashbrown was mushy and had a very strong bitter flavor. The egg bagel was not much better. Tossed them after the first bite.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich from here and it didn’t even come with what was advertised. The bagels made me very sick! Then a few hours later I stated to feel sick and threw up. I had to leave work early and go to the urgent care. I don’t have insurance, so I had to pay a lot for my urgent care visit. I was told it was Nora virus. Which mean they are unhygienic! I Do not recommend.

Edit: owner is claiming I did not order from their bakery. LOL. I literally watched the DD driver drive to my house from your location on Rochester road! I live less than 1.5 miles away and thought I’d treat myself with some bagels. How rude! I should’ve read Google reviews before ordering!
I ordered $35 worth of bagels this morning at 7am from DoorDash and I am beyond disappointed. I ordered the bakers dozen with cream cheese and the Santa Fe Trail with a jalapeño bagel. First of all, I ordered a variety of bagels and half of them were plain! I was also giving a sesame one, which i did not order, cannot eat, and it’s cross contamination! I will be reporting this to the health department! Actually insane. Also, the Santa Fe Trail did not come with sausage like the description said on DoorDash and it came on a plain bagel. Overall, I only at the Santa Fe Trail and had to throw out the rest. The sandwich was disgustingly bad. It was hard iceberg lettuce, rotten tasting tomato, and eggs. Needless to say I did not finish it and my day has been ruined. I cannot believe I paid $35 for plain bagels today. What a rip off! First and last time here. I do NOT recommend!

We went on Mother’s Day shortly after they opened. We were greeted right away and given time to decide what we wanted. Bagels were good. Will definitely be back if we’re nearby!

I’ve been going to Elaine‘s bagels In Troy Michiganfor years. I haven’t been there in a few years and was very disappointed. The bagels have changed. They’ve done something to the recipe. They’re stale. There’s no flavor. The cheese bagel used to be really soft and squishy and delicious and now it was like eating a stale piece of bread with no flavor. I was so disappointed will not be going there again. The server was nice. The atmosphere was clean, but the food was lacking barely had any cream cheese on my bagel it was a waste of money.
Was in the area and looking to find a bagel shop to bring bagels to work. Very tasty bagels, friendly service and clean place. Thank you.

Sent my son to get bagels this 30 minutes ago came back with 6 fresh bagels and 6 from yesterday just wanted you to know you can tell the difference from fresh and old never going back to this location in Troy awful

Not the best bagel, too salty for a cinnamon and raisin one. The strawberry cream cheese had no strawberry taste but it had a over processed dark pink color. Should have driven to New York bagel.

Stopped by on a Tuesday and they were out of bagels. Selling bagels is a prerequisite for a bagel shop. This place struggles with that concept.
