Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que - to go

I was definitely disappointed. Since it was take out only I expected plastic ware & napkins, there were none, let alone BBQ sauce. The chicken was bland, beans could have been straight from a can with no additional flavor. Not what I remembered from a previous location. ?

As a doordash driver, this store keeps me waiting 15-30 minutes after the pickup time. I also get absolutely no help from the employees they just dismiss my question.

FYI *** Troy is a ghost kitchen aka To Go ONLY and located in Granit Kitchen. This means order Dave's to go in person OR get a table & eat at Granite City. Either way Shay ? is an awesome person ? she helped me greatly w/a gift card and on top of it she is a manager NO SURPRISE ❤️ Shay amazing! I'll be back to both Dave's and Granite ?

Famous Dave's Troy did not live up to Novi. There wasn't a full menu of sides, nor was the taste of the ribs even comparable. I ordered a 4 rib dinner and in reality it was only 3 ribs with one bone attached to a rib to make it 4. Lesson learned. I will only go to Novi in the future.

The service was good. The server we had was very nice. I liked the teamwork the employees displayed as it was obvious they were short-handed. The food was delicious. The chef did his thang in the kitchen. The food was well worth the wait.

First of all we went way out of Detroit hoping to find some better bbq. We came from a state that has famous Dave's and I was pleased to see it was an option here. I'll show you my food and you decide. Needless to say it was a COMPLETE WASTE of my money and uber eats would NOT give it back!

This past Sunday on Mother's Day, the store completely ran out of food. There was absolutely no communication about this until the store manager finally bothered to show up an hour after the scheduled pickup time. I was promised a full refund, but I'm still waiting for it. This place is a complete disaster—avoid it at all costs.

This is no longer here it is only a take out inside another restaurant.

My chicken was undercooked! The Georgia chopped pork was salty. My fries were barely baked/fried. Won't ever go there again!
