Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que - to go

This was THEE MOST DISGUSTING meal I have ever purchased! If I could give it negative stars I would. I repeatedly asked if the BBQ was prepared the same way as a regular Famous Dave’s and was reassured every time that it was only to find grayish meat and old brown Mac and cheese. It wasn’t edible at all. The manager even stated before we left “The food looks really good, you guys enjoy” which had me feeling like it was deliberate. And we waited over 45 minutes to get it??!! Granite City misrepresented Famous Dave’s on so many levels. My advice…Just go to a regular FD establishment. I learned my lesson…smh

Famous Dave's is usually on point. This visit left much lacking. It was as if they were hurrying and not taking the care they usually do.

I put in a last minute catering order two hours in advance. Shauna took my order and was so kind in helping me get it all ordered over the phone. She was very sweet. Ray also called and fixed an issue with one of the requests we had and gave us a discount because of the issue. Both were friendly and on top of it. The food was also delicious and a favorite of our group!

So disappointed. Nothing about the feast for two says Famous Dave’s except the barbecue packet. My advice is to go to the Famous Dave and not this take out. 😡Very disappointed

Under cooked ribs. No utensils to eat the sides with, no sauce even though it was requested on the delivery order. The food was sloppy. It looked like they don’t care about their customers. Save yourself a lot of money and eat something else

I’m a dasher I picked up an order from here and it’s just really ridiculous. I’m just aI picked up an order from here and it’s just really ridiculous. I’m just a human being. I’m just a man just like everybody else I don’t wanna be sexual harassed I’m picking up an order. I am not looking for a relationship. I am not looking for conversation I’m just trying to do my job and move on.

Ate at famous Dave’s many times, but not from this location.We ordered carry out from here. The ribs were Overcooked and the rest of the food was just mediocre will not be back.

Very slow

I was definitely disappointed. Since it was take out only I expected plastic ware & napkins, there were none, let alone BBQ sauce. The chicken was bland, beans could have been straight from a can with no additional flavor. Not what I remembered from a previous location. ?

As a doordash driver, this store keeps me waiting 15-30 minutes after the pickup time. I also get absolutely no help from the employees they just dismiss my question.
