About FiBi

FiBi is a restaurant serving outstanding and exceptional food, with many describing it as amazing, extraordinary, and the best they have ever had. The cuisine is certified Zabiha and infused with authentic, bold flavors. Many dishes receive high praise: the Fibi sauce is called the bomb, and the chicken and lamb gyros are highlights. The Mandi platter is very good, with flavorful rice and chicken cooked to perfection. The grilled chicken pitadilla is good, flavorful, and mouthwatering, while the combo platter and steak platter are also outstanding. The chicken sliders have decent flavor, and the smash sliders are great. The menu is large with a nice variety.

However, some items are less successful. The Philly sub was unenjoyable due to American cheese and a ground beef texture. The steak pitadilla is not that appetizing, and wings come dry. Service experiences vary; it is sometimes friendly and excellent, with staff providing warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. At other times, service feels overwhelmed, rushed, and disorganized, creating a tense atmosphere and causing long waits. The front-of-house operations can seem chaotic, though calmer periods are noted. The ambiance is great. The restaurant does not serve Coke or Pepsi products. Every dessert is homemade. Overall, the food has incredible potential and is often captivating, but the service and efficiency sometimes need refinement.
