We held our private event in the enclosed patio at Firebird in Troy. The patio was heated and decorated to look like a lodge. All of our guests felt like they were in a homey environment. The food and the service was impeccable. Our guests were so pleased at the attention to detail and the promptness of the serving staff. The event manager, Jenna, made the entire planning process easy and stress free. She helped us set up our buffet menu and was there day of assisting in decorating and making sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend hosting a private event here and plan to do so myself for future events!

The menu is average and, in my opinion, a little overpriced, but what isn't these days? I've had a good selection of items off their menu. I'll just say stay away from the 'pot pie' nonsense and the poutine. Food aside, the staff is great and they know how to make a drink. The wait staff is friendly and they're pretty good. There seems to always be something going on be it trivia, free live music, or dog days. So if you're looking to get out and do something kinda low key, in the neighborhood, look up their schedule of events. To that low-key neighborhood spot the patio is great this time of year and into the fall with a couple fire pits and overhead heaters. It has a wall facing Rochester road as well as a roof and I believe in the winter they add drop down side walls (vinyl).

We weren’t there long & we had our first round and some appetizers. That baked cheese dip was every bit as good as it looked in the video I’ve posted below.
I can’t even begin to tell how good my fish taco dinner was. Thats a lie, Ive begun lol.
Bite size fried fish, grilled flour tortillas, a cilantro cabbage slaw, all complimented with pickled red onions & a spicy sriracha sauce. Fingers to lips delicious. As if that wasn’t enough it’s served some flavorful grilled street corn, I will most likely order an extra side of this when I return.
I highly recommend this spot to watch a game, meet some friends on the patio, date night or if you just want some good food.

I recently visited Firebird Tavern for the first time and I could not be happier with the results. Although the location may be a bit difficult to spot at first, the staff is exceptional and everyone at my table was delighted with the food they ordered. If you are nearby, I would 10/10 recommend you stop by for a visit! (I got the firebird chicken sandwich)

First time here, food was amazing. Ordered the firebird chicken sandwich, delicious. Chicken Buffalo wrap was really good. Wings and pretzel were really good. Definitely will recommend and I will be back.
It is so much unexpected happiness happening at this place. The food is impeccable. The service is Grande. The chefs The Kooks to dishwasher they all deserve upstanding Applause. Please feel free to come visit this restaurant here in Troy it is so beyond amazing.
Went there with my parents for dinner and had the Poutine and tomato basil soup- both were an excellent combo and plenty for one person. The service was also excellent, the girl serving us was so attentive! Love this place!
