First Watch I always love, and especially the Salmon Frittata. But this time I had a cressaunt Egg Mc Muffin. Soooo good. Hot coffee and this delicious little drink with Tumeric, yum. The service left a lot to be desired. Good but slow. Slow to get noticed, slow to get my coffee at the beginning. It seems all the servers were hiding in the kitchen. The chefs should be given a pat on the back for the food. It's delicious. I will come back and check on the service.

The food was delicious! A little bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the food supports the value. The biggest issue with this place is the location, as the entire parking lot was filled because of the number of businesses nearby. Other than the difficulty in parking, the staff seems young/inexperienced, and the dining area is about as appealing/comfortable as a mall food court. Take all of that however you will, I still recommend getting some carryout from here if you like a quality, tasty, and relatively healthy breakfast.

The Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich is delicious. Along with the Honey Pecan Chicken Salad, one of my favorite. Will definitely go back.

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she offered thoughtful recommendations that perfectly matched our preferences, and every suggestion turned out to be spot-on. Drinks were always refilled promptly, food arrived exactly as ordered, and Allison ensured that every detail of our experience was smooth and enjoyable.
What really stood out was her professionalism combined with a kind, personable touch. She made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. It’s rare to encounter service that is both efficient and sincerely caring, and Allison achieved that effortlessly.

I’ve been here multiple times and always had a great meal dining in, but I’m extremely disappointed with a recent experience taking food to go.
Our main issues were with a missing side dish and avocados which looked spoiled on our entrees. We removed the avocados before eating and while the food tasted good, I wouldn’t recommend ordering out from this location.

The highlight for me was the dragonfruit smoothie (I think it was an smoothie) which was awesome, no kidding, you could chew the fruit , I'd definitely get back just for that drink 😉
