I heard a lot of good things about First Watch so we decided to try the one in Troy out. Good things were the option to check in on line reducing the wait time and the mimosas were excellent with fresh tasting orange juice. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing. 2 orders of eggs Benedict with undercooked small eggs with runny egg whites, hollandaise sauce with too much lemon juice that was super runny and a hypertension inducing serving of salt with some potatoes mixed in. Third dish was steak hash and again inedible due to the salty potatoes. Both dishes would be great if the runny yolks could soak in with potatoes to finish the meal and it was killed by salt. This restaurant should come with AHA warning label. Not a repeat…
