Always need a breakfast with protein before I go to the gym, when traveling. I am familiar with First Watch and it is always a good standard. I asked about the sewage smell that hit when I walked in the door and they said it was the result of some construction and was getting worked on today. If it is still there in a few days, I would pass on this location.
