Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

I come here often and I always have an excellent time. I do wish they came around with more variety this time.

It was not good communication between our servers, They parked a person on a giant amigo with really tall crutches, sticking up and out the back, so it was kind of a pain going from our table to the salad bar or to the bathroom. Most of the fruit on the salad bar was underwrite in super hard. The couple items that they brought out to the table for everybody to share are all cold, including mashed potatoes. We had to ask for the cheese bread it was never brought, and they didn't even ask us if we wanted it. You a few plates in with the clean plates for the salad bar. I got the crème brûlée for dessert and it was like 8 mm thin definitely not worth the $15 it cost. We're stutters, but honestly, the chicken tasted better than the steak. They did bring pork that was undercooked. This is our third time visiting and it's the only time we've had a bad experience. I don't know if they've had management change since the last time we were there just overall going downhill, but we paid way too much money for a bad dining experience.

Always a great experience at Fogo. It was very full during our visit, so it felt a little more cramped than usual, but still enough space to not feel claustrophobic.

The service was great. The “salad bar” was good. The biggest deal seemed to be the multiple meats, which also seemed to be what most people ordered. There were lots of different meats to sample, but there was nothing particularly special about any. No special flavoring or spices. Just meat. Cooked well and lots of it but nothing special in terms of flavor.

I came in to celebrate Veterans Day. As soon as I sat down, I received food that was unappetizing. I specifically asked for medium well meat multiple times and kept getting medium. I was also disappointed with the slow service. Although the server was friendly, I did not receive top notch service for the price I paid. This is a management issue.
