As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I've only had a meal that was provided at my work, but it wasn't good. I will try it again when I can get it hot from the caterer and not cold and then microwaved.
We catered an event at the Ford Piquette plant with Forte Belanger. They were extremely polite, courteous, and the food was great. Highly recommend!
