Forte Belanger is the gold standard when it comes to wedding service. They are extremely professional and went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our wedding food and drink was perfect. The service was impeccable, from having a personal server on our wedding day attending to us at all times, to every guest being waited on attentively and professionally, quite a feat for a reception with 200 guests! The selection process for our menu was an incredible experience in itself and the Forte team did not miss a single detail from the selection process through the final product. Finally, the food itself was delicious and we had guest after guest coming up and remarking on how much they loved their meal. Bravo, Forte! 5 Stars!

Forte Belanger listened to how we envisioned our evening, then made suggestions that complimented our ideas.The best part of Forte Belanger is the food. Holy deliciousness Batman, everything was beyond my expectations. The beef was fork tender, and the risotto....oh, my, the risotto! I wish I had 3 stomachs like a cow so I could have eaten more.On site team members from Forte Belanger were so attentive to all our needs, followed our evening itinerary, and at our request, made sure the facility and entertaining vendors had something to eat.I can't speak highly enough of this catering service; book them for your event before someone else scoops them up. Have I mentioned how great the risotto is????

As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. Overall, I cannot wait to work with the Forte Belanger team again and will definitely be recommending them to my future clients!
