This bar is not trendy, but they make a really good fish and chips! The staff is really friendly and there are plenty of comfy places to sit. I asked if they had N/A beers and they only had O'Douls. It would be nice if they added a few more N/A options, but otherwise pretty nice place. I live a bit farther away, so it isn't somewhere I'll probably go regularly, but I would go again if asked:)

Good food. A great place for a beer and some pizza. Salad is pretty good too. 2024 update...this place has tanked. Food is not good. Pizza is different every time we visit. Not going back. Sad that it went downhill so fast. Used to be my go to place.
Table was sticky mixed drink was nasty pizza was awful sauce was like paste very disappointed not the gathering place I knew 20 years ago will not be going back

We come here because it’s close, because of our fav waitress Rachel, and because it has potential.
We’ve about stopped coming because it always smells like cleaning solution, our feet stick to the floors, and it’s overpriced - management treats this place like an ugly stepchild.
Note the discrepancy in the prices charged v. prices advertised in the menu. Management: please sell this place to someone who will give it the love and attention it so desperately deserves

Been here many many times thru the years but today I got helped by a wonderful employee named Jackie. Jackie was friendly, patient, professional and smiling the whole time she tended to me. Gathering place sure won the employee lottery when they hired Jackie. Jackie's customer service skills were great. the customer service skills you don't really see any more at other places.
