If I see a random food truck somewhere, I always want to go try them. We found this truck in an empty parking lot by chance and decided to give it a shot.
They deserve way more business!
Customer Service was friendly and conversational.
We tried:
Mango Lassi and their signature bowl: Yellow Rice, Marinated Chicken, Garlic Dill Pickles, Lemon Herb Sauce, Hummus and Fried Onions.
The food here was better than some resturants I have been to and I judge food trucks harder coming from Texas where good ones are everywhere.
10/10 wouls eat here again.

So excited to find this truck!! Get in while you can-- I always try and ask for the mango lassi before it sells out. It was good news to hear they're coming to Detroit as well 😁 with the comfortable atmosphere, delicious Mediterranean street fare and budget price, I can see Go Thyme becoming the next neighborhood staple. Their signature bowl is such a wonderful mix of flavors and textures. I get the chicken/falafel combo with tabouleh, hummus, pickles, peppers, olives and all the sauces (too good to pick just one 😋), with a mango lassi to drink. Absolutely fresh and delicious. My favorite food truck!
