Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. It took our server more than an hour to get our drinks and appetizers and because they are very short in staff, our waitress did not place our main order, which took another hour to bring. The personnel felt more concern about closing and their closing time than bringing our food. They placed our party in a freezing area and when we ask to switch tables, they just couldn’t accommodate even though at that time the place was almost empty. Terrible experience, the food was cold and when we were saying good bye to our party, they asked us to leave, extremely rude service.

The doughnuts are insanely good. I looked over and saw her making them from scratch. Highly reccomend, comes with warm chocolate and caramel sauces. I kid you not some of the best doughnuts I've had in my life.

I also enjoyed the Mezcalrita, and the other food is good as well haha but the doughnuts definitely stand out to me.

The atmosphere and fire is nice, although I do reccomend coming in the afternoon as it can get busy in the evening- the acoustics could be better and it can get hard to hear if there's a lot of people.

Beautiful place. The food is innovative, creative, and most importantly delicious. Portion size is perfect and accurate and you will not leave hungry. Every single dish was amazingly unique, It was an absolute amazing experience. The presentation was impeccable. The flavors were unmistakably and deliciously. The chicken tortillas soup is one of the best soups I've ever had The chopped salad was delicious. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and the ingredients. Thank you to the chef and the kitchen team for the delicious foods. highly recommend We had an amazing experience.

We went for an early NYE dinner. Arrived @5:30ish and our party of 12 was sat immediately.

The service was great, I wish I would have gotten our servers name so I could shout her out, but either way she was a professional.

The drink menu option is a C+ to B-
The drink menu execution was A+
Though the drink menu was small (specialty cocktails), the ones they did have were delicious and presented well.
The beer was cold and the tequila options were good enough.

The menu was also really small which is not a bad thing, necessarily, and once again everything delivered was timely, attractive and tasty.

The appetizers we shared were the Nachos, Queso and simple melted cheese and steak nachos which were all good, not the greatest of all time, but were really scrummy, from the 4 years Olds, the the 12 years Olds to the 45 year Olds, we all devoured em.

As for the entrees, everyone ordered something different. I was the only one to get a doggy bag (I ate too many nachos). Everyone was happy with what they ordered.

For desert Key Lime pie and donuts.
The key lime pie was fine.
The donuts were 50/50. I mean literally 50/50, like half were delicious the other half was oily and burnt.

I recommend and would return for sure. I wanna dig into there taco menu.

Ambiance was great! The space is not a standard open seating space but multiple rooms but with an open concept with each room having its key features. One had a huge fireplace another with the bar had the garage converted to dining. The seating and interior are also interesting. The Tacos are the right size, right cost so you can order multiple. They have experimented with the flavors and they have at the mark. You talked over the Korean BBQ was the most interesting

Went to Gran Castor last night. Would not recommend. Had the Mac and cheese, sweet potato taco and shrimp taco. Shrimp taco was not even edible. Mac and cheese was dry. My friend had the beef burrito and had like 2 bites , it was terrible. Told the waitress that. It wasn’t removed from the bill and no manager came by to ask how everything was. Well it’s 5 am and my stomach is still churning from what I ate. Service was ok. Would NOT RECOMMEND

Yikes! Last time I was here a few years ago I got food poisoning. Today a Thursday at noon waited over an hour for 2 meat and cheese tacos I can make in 5 minutes myself with fresh meat not old burned meat at home. No chips and salsa just a water to wait. I can't believe this place has the same owners as the Clarkston union. Also the servers coupd not multi task only 1 thing at a time. The kitchen had a 10 top it was serving 2 meals at a time every 5 minutes like what a joke. If people are sitting together they need their foid at the same time. Maybe the drinks are good I doubt it though I didnt even see a bartender.
