Rough past few orders - not sure if we’re under new management or what but the kitchen just seems to be rushing things out with little to no attention to temperature or contents. I ordered the classic burrito today to-go and it was barely cooked through… the shredded cheese inside was still cold, barely any chicken, TONS of beans (in addition to the side of beans you already get was overkill), and just all wrapped up in a gooey, undercooked tortilla. I’ll keep coming back with hopes of improvement but I expect a little more out of a $25 burrito.

I do miss the fusion dishes they had in previous years.
Their tacos are delicious and seasoned spectacularly.
Their wood fired pizzas are always perfection.
The Elote pizza hits all taste buds, salty, sweet, tangy, sour.
The sweet pea guacamole Is great. The chips look like they use hand made corn tortillas.
Drinks and beer selection are very nice as well.

I want to love this place. It’s so close to being awesome, but it’s a notch down from the last time I visited. Food was middle of the road - salad was fresh. Atmosphere is nice, although it’s starting to show wear and tear. The bathroom was so, so dirty. I had kids with me and it was awful. I would give it another chance in hopes that it was a one time thing.

You just can't go wrong with the Atmosphere of this place. I sat at a booth but stared jealously at the folks using what looked like the comfiest bar stools ever.
... It just occurred to me that places must use uncomfortable bar stools at the bar to keep folks rotating through! Not here though. You've got leather and comfort waiting at their bar.
We had the queso appetizer and a round of wet burritos for the companions and taco night, carne asada tacos for myself. Filling and Tasty!
Will return for sure!

We recently tried their sister restaurant, Vinstta Garage and it was great. Let's begin with our server Lindsey, she was great. Although she was busy she made sure to continually check on us. She made good recommendations and was patient with us. The food was good too. The cheese bread (appetizer) is good and plentiful. The platter is huge. I ordered a shrimp taco. It was good but different. It can with pickles. My wife ordered the Elote pizza and she loved it. I also tried the Carne Asada Burrito. It was good also. It came with rice and beans on the side. I was a little disappointed buy the plain rice that was served up. I expected Mexican, Spanish, or cilantro and lime rice, but it was just plain white rice. Just a suggestion. I would totally recommend this spot. It's a cool place to hangout. Oh yeah, their Chipotle dipping sauce is awesome.

Gran Castor offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious Mexican cuisine and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The food was full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients, each dish we tried was satisfying and well-prepared. The ambience adds to the overall experience, with stylish decor and a vibrant vibe that makes it a great spot for a night out. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The only drawback was the cleanliness. While the dining area had food crumbs, restrooms were smelly, and floor could have used more attention. It didn’t overshadow the great food and service, but it was noticeable and bad.
Very good service and nice lunch environment. Will be back soon.

Disappointing... The restaurants owned by this group are usually fantastic overall but my first visit to this place didn't measure up. Got the hot chicken burrito which was pretty good but the beans were cold and the rice was dry / crunchy (pretty gross). Service was awful too. Won't be returning
