I have been a customer of this place for almost a year now and it was been a very good experience. somehow did not like todays experience. Ordered square pizza with 3 toppings using a coupon and $16 came out to around $13 with coupon. then i ordered 8 pc chicken wings as well. the order was placed around 7 pm. reached the place around 7:30 just to find out, wings was never placed in the oven. I did not want to wait. the person at the counter removed the wings cost and i am still waiting to see the charge in my credit card. the pizza was barely room temperature, was not warm enough. I thought if i placed the order at 7 pm and picking up at 7:30, the pizza should still be warm. or may be they just kept it outside after it was done. overall the experience was not very good. i will keep my eyes on my credit card amount. disappointed!!!

Probably the best pizza within a mile radius. It's always good! The last time I was there though the guy working the counter was either high as Neil Armstrong's circa July of '69 or he's deep on the spectrum. Tried taking other people ahead of me cause he wasn't paying attention. Gave me the wrong change. Forgot what I ordered literally right after I told him, then forgot my peppers. You'd think the peppers wouldn't be a big deal, and they're not except for the fact that I paid for them and as we know "twenty bucks is twenty bucks". Still, great pizza! 10\10 highly recommend

Ordered a deep dish as a walk in. Waited the 20 minutes which is normal. Carried the pizza to my car and put it in an insulated bag. Drove the 8 minutes to my home. Not only was the pizza barely warm, it looked as if the onions had been put on after it was baked. I think it was a reject pizza and the onions were added after I ordered and then put in the oven to reheat for a couple minutes. Very disappointed !! BTW: it's the 2nd time we've been disappointed! Done

I swing in for some pickles. Weird order but that's no excuse. Dude manning the front is taking a call so a lady steps around the corner to come take mine. Says it will be 5 minutes on those pickles. Old lady comes in a minute later and orders a pizza. Few minutes later a guy in hospital pants comes in and orders as well. Old lady's pizza is done and she leaves. Hospital's pizzas are done and he leaves. Guy who was on the phone when I walked in sees me and realizes I silent still be here so he asks for my name. Then he walks to the back never to be seen again. Several minutes later I've now been here so long the lady that took my order walks out and asks if I've been helped yet.
I'm not sure what you are doing at this location, but I'm pretty sure you're doing it wrong.
A new pizza place in the neighborhood. Never had Green Lantern before but I will be going back for another one soon. I think it beats Guido's, Jets, and Dominoes. I placed the order online, very simple to do, and it gave me a time when the pizza would be ready and they met that time. Courteous employees when I went in to get mine. Well done.

New to area, waited 2 years to try Troy location. Read amazing reviews, so excited to feed a bunch of boys visiting whom I usually make my own amazing pizza for. Sad to report, horrible so I will contact directly w/my experience ? Tried to order over app, chose 6pm then app forced me to select 6:15 then 6:30 until it went thru. I called to confirm pick up time since it was 5:30 & app flakiness. Guy answered, I explained app time changes & he said it would be 20 minutes. NOPE!! Son sat, waited over 40 minutes (I only live 9 minutes away). I received text @ 6:20 stating it was going in oven. WHAT??? Exactly why I called to ask what time. We would have waited to go & pick up. My son returned with the pizza that was folded on the upper quarter because it was closed not laying flat in the box & swimming in a pool of grease. He went out later only to find the oil leaked all over his brand new car seat. It also leaked all over my stove top. I literally put napkins down so the oil would get absorbed instead of pooling outside of the box. It was gushing out to the point I couldn't even stop it. The pizza slices were not even all cut all the way through. As soon as my son walked in the door I opened the box to get our guests fed, just tried to get it cut & the pieces out of the pool of oil onto plates for our company. Not what I expected to spend my money on. I do not take any enjoyment typing this experience.
