Came here with my family for my youngest sisters birthday and the service from the beginning was beyond amazing. All the staff were very friendly and had the utmost patience taking care of some of our older members. Food was nothing short of amazing and the servers all got together to sing my sister happy birthday! Such a memorable moment I advise anyone who’s looking for a good meal to come by! The staff and server came across as a bit standoffish. I have celiac disease and asked if the spring rolls were rolled in flour before being fried—the server simply said, “I don’t know,” without offering to check or suggest gluten-free alternatives. That left me feeling uncomfortable, so I decided to order sushi to be safe. (Felt a bit sick the next day)
Service was also quite slow, and our dishes came out at different times, which made it awkward since everyone was eating separately. The food itself was decent, but nothing that really stood out. I’d strongly recommend providing staff with better training on celiac disease and gluten-free options to ensure all guests feel informed and cared for.
