It’s was packed and busy, but you can always count on ihop for a good breakfast! I hate they took the potato cakes off the menu☹️ They were the best just how my grandmother made them growing up! Also they changed the Cheesecake 🥞 around a bit,but that same creamy savory taste didn’t miss‼️ my baby had tenders and they weee so crunchy with not a string of fat to the pulling we had to order some to go and they never made it to a doggy bag! Our sever was a bit rushy, but the atmosphere was great a lot of families dressed up with their Christmas spirited outfits like they just left the Photo Booth made it fell festive! We Love IHOP and won’t stop any time soon❤️

They made me wait 20 minutes to be served, be used i sat at a both. They then told me the waitress was to busy to wait on me because she had many tables ahead of me but when I looked at her section there were only 3 people sitting in it. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant

Service at this location sucks! My family was sat and not one person came to check or ask for drinks or anything. Finally, my husband went up to the hostess who sat us and asked and a server came. When the server came a total of 20 mins after we were sat they said that there was a misunderstanding and she thought someone else was serving us. People that came after us were served before us. My son was starving which is the only reason we stayed and waited or I wouldn’t have bothered. From the time we entered and the food came it was a total of 55 mins. Which is unexpected for an IHOP.
Bathroom was disgusting and when I let them know they really didn't act upon it! Highly disappointed! This is the second time on a weekend it's been like this.. never during the week days.

I’ve visited this IHOP with my family multiple times, but unfortunately, the service has consistently been disappointing. While the food quality is much better when compared to other IHOP locations we’ve visited throughout the country, the experience here suffers due to an overwhelming unfriendly service. The waitstaff often seemed disengaged, irritated, or even showed resentment toward guests. This clearly affected the overall atmosphere. While I understand that anyone can have an off day, consistent service issues make it hard to feel welcome or valued as a customer. For me, breakfast with my family should be an enjoyable time without the intrusion of employees' negativity. I found other places for our routine family breakfasts, and I don't think we will ever visit again. I hope management is aware and considers addressing these service concerns to make the experience as enjoyable as the food. This IHOP has the potential to be one of the better breakfast spots in the area.

Came in because I heard IHop was the place for pancakes. Pancakes were very thin & I asked if they served real maple syrup. They said the original syrup was real maple syrup. I looked up their syrup & it is high fructose, sugar, salt, water other chemicals. Terrible pancakes.
