This is the 3rd time we have tried this restaurant and this was the final time. Just thought bad luck last 2 times. It was 730pm they are open until 10pm only 3 people inside, we ordered our food she messed up the order but we still decided to eat not send it back and it was all ice cold, absolutely nasty! I told the waitress her comment was my bad, We left!

Had curbside pick up. Dine in customers occupied all curbside parking spaces. Staff at front register did not have anyone available for curbside delivery so I stood at front door waiting to get in because of long line. Im not appeased by the environment, I won't be a returning customer.

First time visiting this place. Never again!!!If I could leave a zero star I would. I would not recommend. This place was dirty and no customer service.The place had one customer, it was empty, yet the waitress seemed to be very annoyed, took 15 min just to bring water, she shouted from across asking what we would want to eat, then brought the wrong food.Not once she came to refill our beverage or ask if we need anything else. She was more preoccupied with her long fake lashes...

Just disappointed that they got rid of my favorite lingonberry crepes.
Walked in and was seated right away. We sat and waited about 15 minutes before our waitress greeted us by saying "I didn't see you sitting there". 1 adult 3 kids sitting at an empty table and they were not busy. All of our plates came out at different times. She dropped the bill off and that was it. I ended up downloading the app and cashing out from there. I believe her name was Ashley P.

I have visited this location many times from the first time to this one it has never been properly staffed. I have given the benefit of the doubt because of post Covid lack of employees climate. However when running a food establishment some things can not be compromised. This place is downright dirty the floors are never mopped, the tables are not clean, the bathrooms are deplorable which was my last straw. At 1:00 pm all toilets were covered with dried up urine and the back of the toilet has dirt and hair which had to be from days of not being cleaned. I am a professional cleaner so I know. My food is always brought to the table cold. I can not return. The health inspector needs to be contacted.

People are not welcoming. Bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned, clean the backs of the door stalls once in a while, pee, blood... Food was just okay, nothing special. Order wasn't right. And over $10. For a plain waffle? Will not go back.
