I wouldn't call this place amazing just an average restaurant. Over priced waiters keep forgetting things. Bread and garlic was served after my main course served that too after 3 request to 2 different people.Bread garlic and water on table first place guys. No one wants to eat bread after dinner.

Food OVERPRICED!!! I got Alfredo and Mickey mouse panckes. $63!!!! We stopped a random waitress to let them know we hadn't been seen yet. We sat for 30 minutes. Waitress never came back. We stopped another waitress so we can get water, silverware, and menus. Waited another 30 minutes. A random waitress finally came and took our order. Food took about 45 minutes to come out. My hot cocoa ran over and made a mess. Me and my family will never eat here again.

I enjoyed my lunch at Jay Jay's Bistro. The egg and black bean quesadilla was delicious. The falafel platter was alright; I found the falafel to be under seasoned. Our waiter was quick, helpful and kind. The restaurant's music was unfortunate, and it was playing too loudly.

Chicken shawarma quesadilla: I wouldn't say this was a chicken shawarma quesadilla by any means, the sauce on top resembles a bbq sauce, and I didn't get that shawarma flavor, now if they swapped the aioli for garlic then I could see it but I wouldn't be getting this again. It's like a weird combination of quesadilla mixed with bbq. Chicken Greek salad: they portioned the items separately which I was super happy to see because I don't eat chickpeas so I loved that, and they have the pink Greek dressing!!! The salad was great if you're in the mood for a good Greek salad. The server who cashed me out was smiling and prompt.

My family and friends have been enjoying Jay Jays for many years now. Enjoyed the countless remodels that got them to the nice vibe they are at now. Food has always been good and many options for a traditional mediterranean meal, or something more exciting and less traditional! They were able to accommodate 15 friends on short notice for brunch on a Sunday!Definitely recommended the shawarma quesadilla!Skip the mimosa flight… just isn’t worth it.

This is my second time going. My first time was a vibe, food was good, waitress was friendly & the drinks were hitting. I went with a friend and my infant. Visited recently and it was completely different. My waitress barely checked in and we needed her, the food wasn’t half as good, & I noticed that a group that came in were greeted and assisted immediately . Third times a charm maybe? I’ll try again. Drinks are GREAT depending on what you’re looking for

Jay Jay's is a gem you'd expect to find downtown somewhere, but lucky for us, it's right around the corner. The food, drinks, and vibe are all fantastic. If you're looking for take out, a quick diner with good food, or if you want a nice place to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere, Jay Jay's is honestly great for all of it.

Jay jay Bistro is highly overrated the manager is rude and the food was nothing to write home about. Then they started playing rap music like everyone listen to it but I g they have to cater to the crow. Terrible restaurant and I will not go back. Michelle R.

I want to start by saying that we may have come on a super busy day (New Years Day). I am not sure what is "normal" for this establishment as far as business, but that did affect the overall experience - hence only the 3 star. The server was a bit abrupt. She did warn us upon sitting down that whatever we ordered was going to take a while. She also said their bartender wasn't there, so we couldn't order any non-alcoholic drinks. The coffee did not taste good whatsoever. And our waters were barely refilled. We had to constantly ask. Our food came out within a decent time given the circumstances, but getting additional condiments and extras (ketchup, syrup, etc..) took a while. During our meal, a bartender must have arrived and we were able to order additional drinks, but they didn't end up coming until the end when we were finished. Our server even came back to the table to ask us if we canceled our own drink orders, which was kind of weird. Overall ambiance - normal tables and settings inside. The covered sunroom appeared more updated and IG-worthy. A little misleading by some of the pics on Yelp, as we thought the whole restaurant looked like that. Nonetheless it was a clean place - just loud and noisy for breakfast/brunch. Tables were pretty close together, so you can hear everyone's conversation. Plus: huge menu with a lot of variety. Halal and vegetarian options so that's an added bonus !
