If I could start with ZERO STARS I absolutely would to!!! I went to this location today for lunch and had extremely rude service and the lady throw our food at us on the counter!! And the manager was the rudest and nasty out of 3 woman that were working! This location was also extremely dirty and no clean tables at all!! And the rudest was the one African American woman with blonde hair--who I believe was the manager!!! Also she was on her phone the entire time!! Was so very unprofessional and will never be back to this location again and the man and his son behind us we're also very disappointed with the service!! Extremely terrible customer service!!!! Do not go to this location if you can help it!!!

Very disappointed in this location. For the price I pay for the sub you’d hope they’d actually put an amount that would fill the sub bun. I ate nothing but bread. And reading other reviews, I had very similar customer service. The lady just tossed the bag on the counter and mumbled something I couldn’t hear then walked away. I ordered online and when I get there there was no one in the store. There was no rush and this is how the sandwiches are made? Would not go to this location.

Came in to get a sub, lady who served me looked mad as hell that I came in to order a sub as if that’s not her job? It wasn’t even busy it was just me. Then she just tossed my sub onto the checkout counter and walked into the back room like I was interrupting her. Previous times that I came it was a guy working and he is much better with service. If he’s not there I’m turning around and going somewhere else

Apparently you get charged extra now for bacon EVEN though you substitute a meat in the sandwich for the bacon, pretty stupid I’ve been coming here forever

Place is understaffed and just leaves your door dash free for the taking if u need free food .. found a number 8 that fit my needs perfectly..

This place is disgusting. When is the last time the floor had been mopped? Every table was filthy, and the patio is closed in a nice day.
The counter person let me buy two fountain drinks and failed to tell me there was no ice, lemonade was out and no ice tea. Nothing like warm soda on a warm day, the water would twirl either. Tell people up front before they spend an extra $8 on drinks.

I ordered and Online order and was told 15 minutes was the time to pick up. Not only was it not ready when I arrived, but I could have gone through the line of people twice and gotten my order before it was ever ready. I have a limited lunch time and this is completely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again.
Great subs. However, if you place your order online for pickup, make sure you look in the bag. We had items missing.

Ordered a hot sub online. Got to the store 15 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making my sub yet. The only reason they started making it was because I told them I was there to pick it up. This is why I ordered online to give them time to make it. Makes no sense. Then I was told it’ll take 3 minutes to make. It’s a hot sub. How does it take 3 minutes to make. Very disappointing
