This place is disgusting. When is the last time the floor had been mopped? Every table was filthy, and the patio is closed in a nice day.

The counter person let me buy two fountain drinks and failed to tell me there was no ice, lemonade was out and no ice tea. Nothing like warm soda on a warm day, the water would twirl either. Tell people up front before they spend an extra $8 on drinks.

I ordered and Online order and was told 15 minutes was the time to pick up. Not only was it not ready when I arrived, but I could have gone through the line of people twice and gotten my order before it was ever ready. I have a limited lunch time and this is completely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great subs. However, if you place your order online for pickup, make sure you look in the bag. We had items missing.

Ordered a hot sub online. Got to the store 15 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making my sub yet. The only reason they started making it was because I told them I was there to pick it up. This is why I ordered online to give them time to make it. Makes no sense. Then I was told it’ll take 3 minutes to make. It’s a hot sub. How does it take 3 minutes to make. Very disappointing

Went into this location 3/9/25 around 3 in the afternoon! Walked in was greeted but told would be with us in a few? While placing the order I notice The guy who was taking our order had gloves on while taking a picture of the provolone cheese, he was doing this while proceeding to make my order once I notice I stated that’s okay and he said I was about too cut the bread for your sandwiches I said No you taking pictures on a cell phone with gloves on I know For a fact he wasn’t going too change his gloves at all because your texting on your phone and cutting cheese with the same gloves on! The store was dirty as well never will go back

Unbelievable wait for a sub. I've been standing here for 40 minutes and just getting around to getting a sub made.

Food is good, employee was excellent and working as fast as he could. This location needs more staff, like 3 or 4 more people at least. Must be cheap owner who won't hire more shifts.

Every time i come here its a great experience, the atmosphere is great, the workers are exemplary especially malcolm and jerad(sorry if thats the wrong name) but the experience is always a 10/10

This location slices the meat with the plastic wrapping still on. I ate a bunch of plastic casing before I noticed. I called and emailed but nobody cares. They would not refund me. Check your subs for plastic!
