First time trying out Jersey Mike's Sub, and it's pretty decent. I only cater a box for a mini party and it's pricey but hey the food is good. I ordered the same day as well.

I've never been to a Jersey Mike's that's dirty this was my first I love Jersey Mike's not this one from the the glass windows when entering the establishment to the food all over the place the floors everything if I get sick from eating here do people are going to have a serious problem

The woman cutting the meat would not even look at me or respond when I spoke to her or asked a question. At the condiment station the lettuce was all brown and I asked them if something had spilled in there or if the lettuce was just brown and he said it’s brown lettuce because they won’t send us any good lettuce.I asked for my sandwich with no lettuce. It was dirty and a little rude of an experience, I’ve been to way better Jersey Mike’s

Got veggie, giant, with mushrooms added. The sandwich is average. It is a cold sub which which I should have ordered a hot sub since they are a grill place for sandwiches. Service was ok. Not too busy. They were accommodating to dietary preferences. It was expensive, almost $20. No incredibly worth it.

If it's lunch hour rush don't bother coming here! The employees obviously can't handle the pressure! My grilled sub order sat above the grill for 5 minutes before anyone started to prepare it. When they finally started they chose the wrong meat so had to start all over again while the following grilled order was tended to and given to the customer that ordered after me while I continued to wait. Upon receiving my order, which no one knew who's order it was, I found it was not what I ordered with the toppings I requested. Much better off driving further away for a superior sub at Penn Station!

I ordered ahead and my order was not ready when I arrived. I then had to wait until people that arrived after me to place orders were done before they would make my order that was past the time it said it would be ready.

I was disappointed about the Kids meal. We ordered “Kids Meal” not “Kids Meal with Water” while getting the drinks for the kids which the staff just said “you can go ahead and get them” we automatically went ahead and did that and they proceeded to say “you only get WaTeR” as if we ordered that (?) anyways Staff weren’t so helpful nor Gave us what we initially ordered.

I placed a $54.00 online order and scheduled pick up time was 12:36pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30pm. I was asked by the same employee if I had a pick up order twice in a 15minute span while standing in front of her. I politely gave her my name, twice.Another 15mins went by and I asked about my order, and was told it would be ready in a minute. Another 10 minutes went by, and I asked about my order again. I was told that my order was stolen when my bag of was sitting behind the counter.. and I asked the employee, how would someone steal my order if it’s behind the counter? And she responded with i don’t know, the sandwiches must of been placed in the wrong bag, and a customer must’ve took your bag, it happens ALL THE TIME! And I responded with I only have one bag that’s been sitting on the corner of the counter and hasn’t moved since I got here.The older lady tried convincing me that my food was stolen like she was speaking to a little kid…She proceeded to give me a “free” fountain drink for the inconvenience… I gave the empty cup back to her because I don’t need a 35cent discount for employees’ mistakes. Another employee laughed at that moment like it was a joke. Needless to say I didn’t leave the restaurant until 1:20pm, very unhappy about their service.

Food was good, employees were pleasant... but the building feels dirty. Tables are sticky, walls are gross, and the high chair for kids looked terrible.
