I recently ordered a Club Lulu from Jimmy John's, and it was an absolute disaster. When I opened the sandwich, it was drenched in what felt like a pound of mayonnaise. The amount was ridiculous — the sandwich was practically swimming in it. It made the whole thing inedible and disgusting. I tried to salvage it, but there was just no way around the overwhelming mayo. I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. This was not the quality I expected, and I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. Very disappointing.

I came to this location on 9/7/24 and the store was busy. There was 1 person working at the restaurant named Luke (from what my receipt says). He did an amazing job handling the orders and trying to get my order. Whoever the owner is of the store should give him a raise and also should have been there to support him and make sure he wasn't alone. The phone was ringing, but he wasn't able to answer as he was taking orders and making food. He made my sandwiches well and as quickly as he could. Great job, Luke!

I ordered a #12. They just slop the mayo on. The bread is not fresh like it use to be, so disappointed. I ate a quarter of it and tossed it.

Whoa! Terrible service! No greeting upon entering, team member just staring at their personal cell phone. No "Hello or Welcome", just a "What can I get ya" after standing in front of several employees awkwardly. Serious training is needed.

Terrible experience. I came here for a quick bite. After I ordered, they got a large order, so they put mine on hold (even though I ordered first) for ~25 minutes to finish that large order. Then, they gave out orders to customers who came long after I did. Food had very bad presentation and didn’t taste fresh. Workers not following proper hygiene. Just a bad experience!

Not the best service. The staff seems bothered that you entered the store and will not greet you.Check your food before you leave. This was my first and last visit to this location. So many other great places to eat in this plaza.
