Good staff and team work! They can move the crowd, freaky fast. It appears they actually work together. Good job!
They were patient and accommodating when I left my wallet at home (after ordering).
Didn't catch her name, managers here are good but some of the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful to military servicemembers and veterans, managers offer military discounts and the staff member was yelling across the store saying she's going to call the police because veterans are stealing from their business by the managers giving military discounts. Don't order from here they spit on service members!!!!
Day old bread is literally the only thing worth purchasing here. They will leave your sandwich 89% empty and think it’s acceptable business practice. What a fall off this store has witnessed

I recently visited this Jimmy John’s after not being there for a while, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I politely asked the employee what he recommends, he responded with, “I don’t recommend nothing,” in a rude and dismissive tone. He seemed irritated for no reason.
When I asked if they had vinegar — something every Jimmy John’s I’ve been to has — he said “no” without explanation. The overall attitude felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. I walked in looking forward to a good sub and instead walked out feeling disrespected.
Jimmy John’s is usually consistent and friendly, but this location clearly needs better customer service training. I won’t be returning unless there are improvements. Just checked the receipt and the employees name is Cedric.

Ordered a mobile order right before 7, went into pick it up about 10 min later and they had basically closed the whole store down, they had to get everything back out to even start my order. What manager allows you to pre close 2 hours early? Pretty ridiculous. Would not recommend going to this location. This was on 7/19. (Fire that manager) lol

Love the spicy Italian
Been a loyal customer of this exact location for at least the last decade but i’m done here. Ownership needs to step in and get new closing crew. We come in to order subs 25 minutes before closing and they say no we won’t serve you. We say the hours say 9 and their response was well its not happening tonight. Ill go to other jimmy John’s locations but not this one any longer

They charge you a dollar to toast a sandwich that takes them 10 mins to make when no other orders were being made.

I recently ordered a Club Lulu from Jimmy John's, and it was an absolute disaster. When I opened the sandwich, it was drenched in what felt like a pound of mayonnaise. The amount was ridiculous — the sandwich was practically swimming in it. It made the whole thing inedible and disgusting. I tried to salvage it, but there was just no way around the overwhelming mayo. I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. This was not the quality I expected, and I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. Very disappointing.

I came to this location on 9/7/24 and the store was busy. There was 1 person working at the restaurant named Luke (from what my receipt says). He did an amazing job handling the orders and trying to get my order. Whoever the owner is of the store should give him a raise and also should have been there to support him and make sure he wasn't alone. The phone was ringing, but he wasn't able to answer as he was taking orders and making food. He made my sandwiches well and as quickly as he could. Great job, Luke!

Whoa! Terrible service! No greeting upon entering, team member just staring at their personal cell phone. No "Hello or Welcome", just a "What can I get ya" after standing in front of several employees awkwardly. Serious training is needed.
