DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN'S!!!!They charge a $4.90 delivery fee. That is not a tip. The driver gets none of it. It's just a junk fee charged by the franchisee. Don't get ripped off by a greedy franchisee whose business strategy is fleecing their customers and screwing their employees.

Ordered here online several times over the last month and here’s my take. If you ask for extra of any of the freebies, they won’t do it. If you modify the sandwich in any way (either adding something to it that doesn’t normally come on it or selecting for it to have none of a particular ingredient), they’ll do it right about 1/3 of the time. About half the time they’ll do some of the modifications and miss others. I’ve already stated that if you ask for extra of a freebie it won’t happen.Still giving 3 stars because your sandwich will most likely taste good, it just won’t be the one you ordered.

Unfortunately have no choice but to leave a 1 star review. I placed my order at 4:37pm on a Thursday. Went to the store to pickup at 4:55pm, and the door was locked and the store was closed. The posted hours in the JJ online app were open till 6pm, and they accepted my online order and charged my order. I get that there are still staffing issues post COVID, but why would you accept my order, and charge me? Why not post updated hours? Why waste customers time? This erodes all trust in consistent hours, and we for one will not be back here.
