We received our food and it was fast. Steve the delivery guy was professional, friendly and efficient. He deserves more than this review. He was exceptional. The food was great as well. I would definitely recommend this location and order from them again. The followed the rules and went above and beyond.

Delivery takes a very long time. 3rd time I have attempted to order delivery to my office which is 1 mile away from the restaurant, takes well over an hour to get the food. 50+ mins for it to leave for delivery. My mistake for trying again, but just a warning.

The service and the atmosphere were good. However, the new Mediterranean wrap was disgusting. It tasted bitter and salty. Not refreshing at all. Plus, it was ridiculously expensive.

I called at 11am thinking Jimmy Johns is "freaky fast" max 30 min they are 5 min drive from my office. The guy on the phone did not inform me of the wait, 40 min go by I call them asking where the order was he said she already left and should be there in 5 min which at this point I was still okay. Then when an additional 20 min passed with no food I was upset and I called back and the guy said "she left and is on her way, she has a lot of orders". I said "then why would you tell me she will be there in 5 min, in addition to why are you not warning me of the wait". Instead of providing customer service, he acted as if I was bothering him and complained how its hard to hire drivers these days. I'm not your business consultant, I'm a customer. In the initial conversation this guy told me that they will have my sandwich to me in 15 min...its been 75 min no food as I'm writing this. I'm starving on my lunch break and now its over. I tipped the driver $5 prior to the order on my card, which was a mistake. I will never be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again. I can walk to Canada faster than this shop can drop off 1 sand which.

After waiting for about 30 minutes plus, I caught up to the store. I spoke with the manager who's over the entire operation and he informed me that their delivery is on on a Sunday and it's not supposed to be and he will have someone come and deliver my food to me. That's no problem we all make mistakes. I offered to come pick the food up and I'll just be refunded my tip and the delivery fee and he claimed that he had no other way of refunding me my money for the delivery fee and the tip and he would just send someone to drop the food off. I said okay, and I'll let it go. I then receive my food and it's dry. It had lettuces, chicken, and very little tomato. It looked as though they slice a piece of tomato off, cut it in half, and put one on one half of the sandwich and the other on the other half. There was no ranch dressing or any type of dressing on my sandwich. My drink looked as though it was made when I first ordered it so it was no ice when I received it. It was horrible to say the least.

Ordered delivery on the app, requested to be left at door, driver pounded on front door and complained that there was no tip left on the app, told him that I leave a tip after based on how the delivery goes, but he would not be receiving one based on the way he was acting. Had me sign receipt and immediately after ripped it up, tossed it to the ground and stomped back to his car.
