The staff is rude and didn’t even serve us! Not surprised at all when I see the place has only 2 stars on google. Don’t waste your time and go to a different location.

Worst jimmy John’s location ever and unfortunately it’s the only one that delivers to my location.It never fails they have some excuse on why they won’t deliver my food no matter what time of day we order. Sometimes I get a call, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I get a refund, sometimes I don’t. I won’t be surprised if this location closes permanently. They are barely open as it is. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the one on Woodward.

I came to this restaurant early in the day. The employees here were great. Except for the manager. He was very rude and aggressive with the employees. I have never been in an establishment where you could hear the manager cussing at the employees! I have eaten there many times but will not be back due to the manager! Maybe it would be a better place and the moral of the employees would be better if the manager wasn’t such garbage!!

Employees are downright lazy. There’s no nicer way to put it. Half the modifications you ask for never happen. How hard is it to read a ticket and cut a sandwich in half or add something?You’d think making a sandwich was difficult. It’s pretty impressive how consistently terrible this location is. Going to give up and find another one to give my money to. Management needs to fire the lazy employees who can’t count to five on their own.

Over 90 minutes for a delivery that's 1 mile away.When I called they told me to expect 30 minutes from the time of the order before its put out for delivery and then however long their driver takes from there.So 90 minutes for a warm sandwich and being talked to, frankly, very rudely on the phone.

Ordered online ahead and Order not ready when I arrived, I let them know the name and waited, they gave my order to someone else 10 min later. Until the person who got the wrong order noticed after another 10 min later just before eating my sandwich. Staff didn’t even inform me what was going on while I watched. I asked about my sandwich waited another 10 minutes and received my order with a rude attitude . Drove back to eat at work and noticed after opening I was given the wrong order. I give up on this place. I don’t expect a lot but freaky fast is not even close on top of the service is not very good. Don’t recommend

They need to update their store hours. The JJ app said this store was open until 9pm yesterday June 7th. I placed an order for 7pm pickup, they took my money and when I went to pick it up, they were closed. I'd like my money back.

If you want what you ordered and paid for do NOT order from this Jimmy John’s. Ordered a platter on Saturday for Sunday. Store was supposed to be open it was NOT. No Answer on phone. Did get email on Saturday that order was received and would be ready at 11AM. Door locked at 11:20am but did find another customer at door with same issue. I don’t think I will trust ANY Jimmy John’s since they all use same system. Be Aware.

I placed an order online for pick up, and when I went to pick up my food, the store was closed and deserted. They never called to let me know. When I called the next day to ask for a refund and express my frustration, they hung up on me twice.

Kind of crazy that a location next to Somerset and thousands of office workers but they always dissapoint. Sometimes the store will be was randomly closed due to the labor shortage. Our last 3 delivery orders to our office have been either missing food or the wrong items were delieved.
