Amazing food as always. Southwest salad is sooooo good. Their appetizers are also very good too. Service is usually pretty good, had 1 bad experience but it ended out okay. If you want a chill barish vibe with good priced food, this is your place.

Overall AMAZING experience hosting a retirement party here! The staff took care of everything I could think of, all I had to do was show up. They gave exceptional service for ~50 guests, the food was great and timed perfectly, and they easily accommodated some last minute requests for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to host a party/gathering, they make it so simple for you AND have the fairest prices around. Thank you for such a great experience!

If you are looking for a place to eat and drink, don't go there! I've been there twice and no one has served me to take my order, they even spoke to me to offer me a glass of water!

If you’re a doordash driver good luck getting anyone’s attention if you do they’ll tell you it’s gonna be a minute and than leave you alone for 20 minutes and not say anything have nobody talk to you worst service ever

I attended a shower event at Joe Kools. I thought the space was nice for a small gathering and I really enjoyed the pizza. The dough and crust were terrific.

the wife and myself went there before we had bowling. we sat down and had to wait even though the restaurant was not busy. a family sat in the booth behind us shortly after we got there we ordered our food then they ordered. They go their food before we did. Also we waited an hour to get our food. as we had to leave for bowling we had to ask for it to go. At that time the waitress said that the food just came out and they were boxing it up for us. we waited another 15 mins for that. the food was cold and burnt. also there was a guy sitting at the bar with a kid about 10 years old. the kid would wonder all over the restaurant touching all the table that no one was sitting at. Also the same man the bartender and our waitress were doing shot at the bar.

I should have taken the hint from the empty parking lot. The food was overpriced frozen garbage that wasn't even seasoned. Frozen crinkle fries and I assume a frozen patty accompany a burger whose strongest flavor was the tomato. They nickel and dime you so somehow this frozen mess went from $13.99 to almost $20 for a basic cheeseburger with fries. To make matters worse the waiter clearly didn't care and we never once got refills on our drinks or even the offer of a to go box for the untouched food, left untouched due to the awful taste.

On the plus side it was clean? Although the atmosphere felt a bit disjointed. This place was much better a decade ago when it knew what it was.

If you are looking for a small scale venue for your event contact Sam or Sara. They were so accommodating and incredibly nice. Food was delicious and very reasonable priced. Kay, our server was phenomenal. She was so helpful and so sweet. It was the perfect place for our high school reunion.

Large place with a high ceiling (reminds me of a BJ's Brewhouse). Lots of tvs to watch sports. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Food was good! I had the panini and it was delicious. My son had a pizza and it was really good. Was a bit on the pricey side, but I recommend for a large group.
