African Americans do NOT dine here unless you want to be a victim of discrimination. I would NEVER take the time out of my day to write a review of a restaurant but after the service I just recieved, I feel the need to. Staring at customers as if they're going to steal is just wrong and makes them uncomfortable when they are simply sitting there trying to eat. The servers and cooks (especially the obese cook making the food) were doing this and would not stop the ENTIRE time I was there from the minute I walked into the restaurant all the way till I walked out. It was not small glances, it was full on STARING. To top it off after I recieved my food, I was not once checked on after (even though I noticed them check up on every other table), and they handed me the bill literally 5 minutes after I recieved my food (they did not do this with anyone else). I am an honest customer and have NEVER been treated like this at any coney, and I am beyond disgusted that they would treat me like this when I had every intention to pay for my meal. Will never come back to this location and I would advise any other African Americans to do the same.

We ordered lunch from here while visiting our mom in hospice, the grilled chicken on my pita was RAW. When I called the person on the phone didn't really seem to care. We had to drive back to the restaurant and they didn't even compensate our inconvenience or care about the fact I could of been really sick. Terrible service

This is my second time coming to this location near my place. I ordered combo number two. It’s pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide excellent service and good food, and they get you in and out. I believe it was, which is too, delicious: Coney dogs, fries, and a drink. Kerby’s is pretty consistent across all their locations. They provide great service and good food and get you in and out.

one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to, PERIOD. the food was very good. the service was very good. this should be the model Kirby's Koney Island. I would go out of my way, and pass 10 other Coney restaurants to come to this one.
Parking: plenty of parking, handicap included.
Kid-friendliness: kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: came in with my friend who uses a walker. we had no issues what so ever. the manager even opened the door for us.
We live in Florida now and were visiting. Really miss Kerby,s food. I wish we had them here near me in Florida. This was a treat! I ordered the spinach pie with hash browns and baby Greek salad. Had browns cooked perfectly! My husband had Coney dogs with fries. He even ordered an Xtra dog after eating his other two. Great deal on the Coney $1.99 per dog.

A nice coney in Troy off of Crooks.
Came here for a late breakfast in a weekend morning.
The staff were very friendly and fast, the food came out super fast too.
It's very clean and spacious inside, looks like your typical Michigan coney but a nice one.
Any time I get carry out here the service is friendly and food is really fresh

It is a little aging coney island but the level of the service and food is consistent. I have been dining there for a long time including during the COVID-19 period, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They keep good servers and the atmosphere is genuinely lively.

Great experience. I called an order for takeout and I got there and it was hot and ready for pick up! The cashier/waitress was very friendly and cheerful. They have the best gyros and fries. I'll definitely be popping in shortly to grab another take out. It's the perfect dinner when you don't want to deal with a mess and clean up!

Every time we order from them now, they forget something. Today, they forgot an entire sandwich. Usually, they forget dressing or sauce. For the cost of carryout food now, the least they could do is be thorough and make sure everything is in the bag.
