Absolutely love coming here for their glazed donuts. I enjoy watching the donuts being made on the conveyer belts the staff is very kind!
Ask for the donuts off the conveyer belts and my goodness they melt in your mouth it’s incredible.
Imo the best glazed donuts you can ever have, but for the other donuts they are great not the best. I love local donut shops and apple fritters alongside I would say are the best in Michigan. This place being a franchise and for who they compete against I’d say are top dogs considering they also have a drive through.
My favorite part is it does not matter when you arrive… they are constantly flowing on the belt so if you want fresh donuts guaranteed this is the place. Even if they pick the donuts already for display lol they likely only have been there for maybe 20 minutes before they’ll be gone again.

Wanted to pick up some donuts and coffee and was really disappointed that the quality has gone downhill. The original glazed donuts had a really artificial taste to it and left an unpleasant coating on the tongue. I also ordered the caramel latte with oat milk and upon taking off the lid, just looked and tasted like steamed oat milk. Staff were nice but food was really a miss, quite unfortunate and a waste of time/money.

The worst experience ever. I used to love their donuts but it’s time they shut down for good. It took us repeating a simple order for two large coffees and 12 basic donuts over 5 times and they still got it wrong. My coffee was a medium or small not the large i ordered even though i was charged for a large. There was no caramel in it at all and it wasn’t filled up anywhere near the top. The donuts were tasteless and cold also. I am sticking with Dunkin.

I stopped by the local Krispy Kreme yesterday and ordered a customized 3 count of assorted donuts. I paid just over 7 dollars for the three donuts and as you can see in the picture, it was a little light on the custard. Would you pay $2.50 for that?
Bummed we missed the grinch donuts, but the regular ones were good. We got there right before they closed, sat at the speaker a minute thought they were closed.

Drive thru people really need to learn how to listen…3 times they messed up my order in a row, and I’ve been really specific with my orders, very clear. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3 is because when I went inside for them to fix it, they fixed it. But drive thru people really need to learn how to slow down and listen.
