Placed an online order through the Krispy Kreme app, drove there, and was told they had “no donuts” while I could literally see donuts through the window, with the lobby closed, no communication, no apology, and no effort to fix it. just a complete waste of my time and gas, and honestly if this location can’t even fulfill the most basic thing they sell, they have no business taking online orders or pretending they give a damn about their customers.

Waited in line to be told at 1pm they are out of original glazed for the day and they didn’t bother to put a sign stating that so people don’t wait for over 15 mins and I also don’t understand how that happens when that’s an original donut and probably the most popular and not like it’s a limited edition one so how do you run out of that and to where you can no longer make any for the day. You’re pretty much known for original glazed donuts.

I went at 7:30pm to take advantage of the cyber Monday deal and was told they didn’t have doughnuts anymore in the drive through (lobby was closed) even though they were being made through the window. For context, the business hours are listed as 6am to 10pm. If you don’t serve customers anymore at a certain time, and are making doughnuts for shipping, please update your hours.

Today was my 4th time I went there to grab a hot latte. They said there machine broken. The manager needs to fix those issues. Next time if it's happening to my im going to carburet.
Look at the cameras at 8:45pm on 9-28. No employees. Super rude when they finally showed up over 10 minutes later. Pretended to use a coupon. Over charged. Actually ridiculous

Incompetent employees and management. This is the second bad interaction I’ve had with an employee here so I might as well leave a comment now. Somehow they’re out of coffee (one of the few things they sell) at 2pm in the middle of business hours. They wouldn’t let me use the coupon I had (3 donuts and 1 coffee for $5) because THEY were out of coffee. They wouldn’t even try to substitute it for hot chocolate (which is around the same price) after I respectfully asked, because “It wouldn’t work”. I’ve worked at places like this before and that was simply laziness. No way I’m spending money here again.
